Ms. Zhang and Ms. Ding solicited funding from their families to start JustSalad, and then it was just a matter of location. They hesitated at No. 33 in Dashibei Hutong and Xiaoju Hutong in Nanluogu Lane. After careful consideration, they finally chose the relatively remote Dashibei Hutong given JustSalad's business model.

After renting a two-story building in the Big Stone alley, Zhang Mohong and Ding Feng used enough thought into the layout. The first floor is the bar and sofa area, which satisfy the basic appetite. Everything is ready, only owing popularity, but popularity how to come? JustSalad had some advertising difficulties with her obscure address.

At first, Zhang handed out flyers and went to office buildings, but the results were not satisfactory. Finally, Zhang found the best way to make friends with people and turn them into regular customers. She launched a series of creative activities on Douban and Weibo, inviting people with similar interests to participate in their dream-making plans, and eventually became a huge fan of JustSalad. Zhang Mohong and Ding Feng originally came up with the plan based on their own experience in opening the store. In July 2013, a group of students who had just finished the national college entrance examination came to the store and asked to join them as shop owners for a week. Many hands make light work, and after discussion, they quickly came up with different ideas from Monday to Sunday. Monday is the English corner, please come together to HAPPY, but also to recharge. In each class, the teacher will prepare a topic for discussion, bring out grammar points from the discussion, and provide handouts for you to practice at home. After class, you can also discuss and answer questions in the WeChat group. On Tuesday, private baking small class teaching, on Wednesday, the organization of a small band to play and sing, on Thursday in the rooftop barbecue, Friday night together to watch ghost films......

Over seven days, the program was full of variety. Not only did JustSalad win a lot of popularity, but the students also got a small commission after the event and, more importantly, made a lot of new friends. Zhang Mohong and Ding Feng had just returned from a trip to Thailand when the Thai movie hit theaters. So they went on the tour themselves and shared their experiences in Thailand. Taking Bangkok, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai as the main line, they introduced the wonderful northern and central Thailand.

Many customers also plan to travel to Thailand, they are full of curiosity, and consultation questions are particularly many, Zhang Mohong and Ding Feng were surrounded, fully excited to explain more than 2 hours before the end.
