Billal Hossain, born on October 14, 1997. He grew up in 'Hujurikanda' village adjacent to 'Mati Office' of Nakla upazila of Sherpur district. His father's name is late Abul Kalam and mother's name is Majida Khatun. He spent the whole time of his childhood and teenage life in the light of the village. Passed HSC from Chandrakona Degree College.

After that, he was admitted to the graduate class in mathematics under the National University in the academic year 2015-16. In the complex equation of financial instability and sense of responsibility as a child for an elderly father, the number that he scored to become a maths teacher after passing his graduation did not match.

He told in a Newspaper (Daily Ajker Bangladesh) : Aged 21, repeated requests to acquaintances for a job. There was nothing in the experience basket except for 2 certificates. I started thinking about myself, I gave a lot of time. What I realized at the end of the day is, "It's hard to bail out of unemployment prison if you can't acquire skills along with getting a certificate." I met a gentleman.

He was then in charge of a project worth 270 crores of Rampal power plant. I know he might have a great job but I also know I'm not cut out for one. So I didn't ask for a job, I said, I want to go into career, you say based on what you know me, what about me!.? He said, as much as you have the ability, you can try in the hotel industry, maybe you can do well. One of his suggestions was the turning point of my life.

I did the basic course of hotel management from "Yousef Bangladesh". Then “Compete RPL Level-1 in Hotel Management from IHMH. I completed my internship at the country's largest 5-star hotel, Royal Tulip Sea Pearl (in 2022, this hotel received the award as the best sea side hotel in the world). There were 22 people in the training. Only 2 people got a chance to join the job, I was one of them.

In fact, the performance was rough but there was plenty of self-confidence. If anyone has a job, it will be mine. If you have courage and strong will, no obstacle can stop you from moving forward. I want to build myself as a clean image social worker. I am trying my best from my place to free from social chaos, prevent degradation of values, eliminate unemployment.

I got a lot of people's support and love. Attempts to do something for people were, are, will be. In particular, I am supporting grassroots youth with mental health, education and career. He also said that he wants to work to promote Sherpur district including Janmabhoomi Nakla upazila nationwide. He wants the support of all including local dignitaries in this regard. He wants to go further with everyone's advice. He wants to show the image of his district to the whole world.
