Dinner for Four
As soon as she'd made the offer, Ellie regretted inviting her parents round for dinner. The logistics involved in not only buying and preparing food, but rendering her flat presentable for their arrival were nightmarish, and she cursed her impulsiveness under her breath. She resisted the urge to launch the telephone into orbit and instead hunted for a clean pair of jeans to wear shopping. Luck frowned upon her and she ended up leaving in a faded blue pair with a number of rusty stains on the knees. No-one will notice, she reasoned.

Paranormal Sensitive
I’ve seen the paranormal since as far back as I can remember when I was three years of age. I remember visitors coming to my room when I was younger when my parents would be out in the living room and I was sent to bed. I thought my mom had her friends come over nightly to come see how I was doing and check on me. Most times I had fun with them. All of sudden, the nice visitors stopped coming and I had other visitors come and began to torment me.

Movie Review: 'The Other Lamb' is a Stunner
The appeal of The Other Lamb is difficult to describe. This unique drama from Polish director Malgorzata Szumowska doesn’t fit any traditional genre description. The film is defiantly non-traditional in presenting a story that relies heavily upon visual cues and mystique. The Other Lamb is unquestionably brilliant and yet nebulous.

Ginger
It’s always the normal ones. They get close and you never see it coming. They throw you off balance with their normalcy and averageness. Who knows what they are going to do. That was exactly what happened. She got close. She used her normalcy, her averageness, to get close and snap, the trap was sprung.

Afterthoughts: Can't Take It Back (2017)
I'm writing this after finishing Can't Take It Back (2017). I didn't even realize that Logan Paul was in it until the beginning credits rolled. My reaction: "Well, fuck." But I was committed to watching it. I was intrigued by the "pitfalls of social media" premise. Either this movie was going to massively suck or be somewhat decent. Many online ratings suggested the latter.

Into the Unknown
I remember the day so vividly, it brings back so much anger and hurt. My Father had been cooped up in bed, suffering from a serious illness, with no one other than me to try and ease the pain. I was by his side constantly, every beck and call was answered with immediacy - the thought that if I didn't do all he asked would only make me think that he would die thanks to me, so I had to be vigilant.
