Dreamcatcher could have been fixed
This is one of those Stephen King movies that was made with no hope from the start that it would be an impactful part of cinema or even King's career. Heck of all the weird stories he's written, this is the one that he's disregarded. It's a movie based off the book where aliens come out of people's butts. It defiantly sounds like it wasn't gunning for a excellence with a plot like that.

The man, The running, The dream
Recently, I had a dream. It was about a ghost town that I was stuck in. I bumped into a man and we were the only two people in the dream. The man told me that something was coming at 12am and that I needed to run, so when I woke up after my dream and saw that it was 12am, I needed to figure out why I had this dream. The morning after I decided to do a bit of research. The internet told me that if I am running in a dream then it means I need to leave a situation in waking life and that it is important I need to realise what it is I was trying to run away from. It could be anything from a relationship to a family conflict. I still to this day have no idea what it is I'm running from.

The Family Heirloom
My husband and I have lived in this house for a few weeks now. John and I still have boxes littering each room with “Liz”, “John” and “Amy” scribbled haphazardly across them in varying degrees or dried sharpie. Extra boxes linger in corners labelled “Grandma: to keep” and “Grandma: for Mum” etcetera. The box before me is filled with her old books; she has everything from Reading Tealeaves to The Famous Five. I sort through them; The Woman in Black; a nondescript cracked spine; Wuthering Heights; a cookbook on artichoke (of all things)… As I flick through the seemingly random array of novels, cookbooks and strange leather-bound oddities, I can’t help but wonder whether she read them all. In a house in the middle of nowhere; I suppose she did like to read.

It's called the sea of trees, but to everyone else, it's known by another, more sinister name; the Suicide Forest. Officially by the Japanese, the forest below Mt. Fuji, the sea of trees is called Aokigahara, and it's a vast, almost otherworldly place. Filled with thick trees, crowding the earth and causing the air, itself, to become heavy. Many travelers have entered out of curiosity or, as you've probably guessed, to end their own life. Sometimes, there's a ray of hope. Not everyone who goes inside decides to take such a tragic path...sometimes, they decide to return to their family.

What It Wants
Dear me They don't know what's wrong with me. I tell them about it but they tell me that everything will be fine or okay, but I doubt it. I see him staring at me, crouching in the corner in the dark. its grin almost ear to ear, so abnormal. I try to ignore it, trying to act like I'm not afraid of it but deep down I know that if I put my guard down it will attack. I have been dealing with this for about 3 to 4 years, feeling the burn as he stares into my soul speaking a million words per minute, hoping it gets to me. Penny Dreadful: City of Angels
One of the best shows to date was inspired by the original horror comics. Penny Dreadful, or bloods, were cheap violent novels that were popular during the mid-to-late Victorian England. They were more or less eight pages per installment. During their time they were considered second rate and gory. Writer G.K. Chesterton was a avid defender of the up and coming genre.
