Mrs Abernathy
Edith Abernathy was stood on her lawn enjoying the early morning sunshine bathing her face and happily feeding the birds in her front garden. If you were passing by at first glance you wouldn’t see or consider anything wrong with this, an elderly old lady scattering seeds and bread for the local wildlife, apart from perhaps the number and variety of birds that she was feeding. Wrens, robins, blackbirds, doves, pigeons, all flocking to her lawn. Just her lawn. If you were a tad more observant you would notice that some of her neighbours had bird feeders and tables in their gardens too. Redundant, untouched ones.

Movie Review: 'Slender Man' Horror in Truly Bad Taste
As soon as Slender Man cropped up in cinemas in 2018 I was told that I was mistaken for accusing the movie of utilizing the attempted homicide of a young girl to sell the movie. This was when I reviewed the movie on the radio. A fan said that it wasn't consequential by virtue of the story of the movie Slender Man not being the same as the real life tragedy. The action of the film casts the Slender Man as another in a long line vaguely ill-defined supernatural villains such as The Bye Bye Man or whatever the creature was in the Sinister franchise.

The story of my demon.
I didn't understand, but I guess no one could at that age. I'm not sure anyone does, or ever will. For me, it all began 10 years ago. I was 15 years old. Brand new to texas from a little town called Searcy ar. My mother rented a house near lake Texoma. I had always known my mother to be a very spiritual person. I saw her circling the house with something burning in a bowl. She was sprinkling water around all the windows and doors. I didn't think a lot of it at the time. Seeing that really sparked my interest. On one particular night, I'm up wandering the house. I see an unusual looking chest filled with books id never seen. Along with the sage, and the crystals. I decide to take a read. I didn't understand that by me opening that book, I opened up something that would change the course of my life. My understanding and wisdom of what a human is truly capable of. also understanding things unseen. Odd things started to happen to me. I can feel the chills up my spine thinking about it. porcelain elephants being flung off the walls at me. Voices and unsettling fear without reason. I slept on top of the house most nights because I was afraid. I didn't understand. Upon the morning time, my mother noticed her spiritual books gone through. She asked me " did you read my books". I responded with the truth. She asks me " are you ready for your first lesson" I knew she was speaking of rituals. I said yes.We proceed to go onto the back porch. She says to me " if I teach u these things u have to promise to use them for good. Not evil. I was thinking about my self. I'm gonna go get some money a do more sinister things with this info. She immediately read my mind and stormed back into the house. Without me saying a word, she knew. Turns out when my mother blessed the house and put boundaries up to deflect negative spirits, she trapped a spirit in this house..her name was sparky. She still dwells inside that house. I was so young and vulnerable. This angry spirit used me for 10+ years. Used my soul as a gateway to free itself. Throughout the years it came to wear on me more and more. I tried telling my dad. I pleaded to anyone with an open ear. I began to think I was insane. On top of the sleep depravity and lack of food due to meth, I realized how lost I was. Even sober I would hear things, see things. I almost convinced my self that I was going insane. The years go by and I continue to live with being crazy. About 100 days ago is when I made a believer out of whoever doubted me. I'm crying already looking through my phone, thinking...there is not 1 person who gives a damn right now. 12:00 I hear the church bells ring from the motel I was living at. My mother calls me.I start crying even harder because I've lost my mind, my soul, and my will. I hang up and proceed to pick my bible up for the first time in months.I reach down and see a piece of paper sticking out of the top of it. I grab it and over and over and over it phrases demonic spirits. It scares the crap out of me. So immediately I throw this paper across the room. I look down at the table an see a paper with the same handwriting and it says " TO FILL THE EMPTINESS INSIDE YOU SEARCH FOR THE WORD OF GOD" I immediately start really panicking. I call my mother. She takes me to a spiritual doctor. This woman with years of experience tells me " I have to protect myself self" also saying that if I didn't get rid of whatever spiritual issues I was dealing with I would be dead soon. My mother and I then go to see a priest. Father DON. He looks me in the eye, and tells me I have a demonic spirit dwelling within my body. He calls the angels Michael and Gabriel and hits me with holy water. I plummeted to the ground in tears. For the first time in YEARS, I had the confirmation I needed. That I wasn't crazy. That night I go back to my room and go to sleep. A friend wakes me up at 10 pm. We sit and we pray all night long...She leaves at about 10 the next morning, she asks me whats that on ur leg. I look and it was the worst bruise I've ever seen. I proceed to raise up my , and 3 scratch marks on my rib cage. The last thing I remember was looking around the room I was in. Blood was everywhere I had destroyed everything and almost my self.I immediately check my self into the nearest hospital, Thanking god I'm alive. I'll never fully grasp what happened to me that day. But one thing I realize Is that my faith in the lord is stronger than it ever been...The story of my demons.!

My ex lover
The autumn air was crisp, much like the pain he felt from his darling wife earlier that day when she slapped him across the face. He hadn’t meant to upset her, it was just that she shouldn't have come home so early. That wasn’t the plan. The plan was for her to come home on Thursday. It was only Tuesday. That's what happens when you mess with the plan. Things go bad quickly. I still remember the shocked look upon her face, when she walked in on me and her father. She knew I was always fond of him, I guess she just didn’t realize how much. I didn’t want her to find out of course, but I couldn't hold in my desire any longer. It was killing me. How could I spend the rest of my days married to his daughter, and never be able to feel his touch on my skin, never be able to kiss his tender lips, never be able to feel him inside me, exploding with pleasure. Damn her mother. If only she hadn’t gotten sick. You know, it’s always got to be about her doesn’t it? She always has to have her way, no matter what the circumstances are. She never liked me, she never cared about me the way that he did, my most dearest Laurence.

The most inexplicable experience I've ever had, whether supernatural or paranormal......
Paranormal or supernatural activities have always intrigued mankind since they are out of this world and people experiencing them are the only ones who can explain what has happened? Why it has happened remains a mystery.

Scrutiny
"This is all a test" He looked over at me while his words of wisdom rang through my ears. I stared at the ground, my eyes full of disbelief, I couldn't seem to wrap my head around it all. I could feel the knot in my stomach burning, the confusion clouding my judgement and the uneasiness suffocating all common sense that I had left. I looked up in his direction, seeing him standing there, the slight breeze moving through the trees making the leaves dance behind him. He continued "Temptation is standing at your door, to ruin everything you've built" he paused for a moment, but then said "Or maybe it's a new opportunity, waiting to finally be pursued." Our eyes locked then, I couldn't bring myself to break away from his gaze, his dark, almost black eyes that stared into mine as my mouth opened to speak, but no words seemed to come out. He could see that I was struggling, battling my own mind at what the truth could possibly be. He could tell I was breaking and he enjoyed every moment of it. "It is something that has been put before you, once again." He had no expression upon his face, but I could hear the sternness in his voice "If you do not pass this... then you weren't ever ready to begin with and the same thing will be repeated, only to test you once more and you will continue to hurt those around you." I felt a weight in my chest crushing every ounce of hope that remained and he knew it. But something about the words he spoke cut through me like a knife, something just didn't feel right, no matter the amount of truth in which he spoke as he said "I know you feel an uncomfortableness, a pain because you know it's wrong and you know exactly what you need to do. The question remains though, if you will truly bring yourself to do it. But no matter what you choose, I will forever stand by you." I looked away from him then, I could feel the tears flooding my eyes, and the anguish tearing at my heart "But why now?" I whispered and pleaded. He continued to watch me fall apart, a slight chuckle escaped his lips as he responded "Because they know you may have found your happiness and the world wants to take that from you." I could feel the sudden sense of betrayal rush through my veins, the sadness that then turned to anger as I shrieked "Don't you do this to me!" That's when he smiled... that iniquity filled smile. I fell to my knees then as the tears ran down my face as I gasped "Please..." He knew he was winning and that I was crumbling to a mere pile of rumble. The smile never left his face then as he responded "Oh, my dear, you have so much to learn." I could see him hold his head up high at that point, and even though there was no life within his eyes, they somehow beamed with so much manipulation and power. He turned to walk away then, because he felt as if he had corrupted my thoughts and the deed had been done. Whilst listening to my suffering, I screamed one last cry, as I grabbed the ruffled surface of the earth within my hands. I looked up to watch him leave, no longer within sight, I unclenched my hands, as the dirt fell between my fingers, the desperation on my face slowly fading; only to be left with a deceptive smirk upon my face as I whispered "Two can play at that game."

His Wings
I know that my readers are of inquiring minds, and I would not have it any other way. But I need you to understand: the specifics are not important. It’s not about where it happened, or when, or even the name of the Old Man. The wings were the first sign, but they are far from the last.

Doll Village
Months went by as the mother’s stomach grew. She rubbed and loved her blooming body and seldom thought of the dark night with the spirit. The day that Jiguang was born the sun shone bright. Her mother is a strong woman, so her labor was quick and filled with joyful tears.

Classic Movie Review: 'Night of the Living Dead'
Night of the Living Dead is a flash-point in film history, one of the most successful and influential horror movies of all time. The success of Night of the Living Dead can be credited with the horror boom that followed in the decades after it was released. For the first time, Hollywood executives, especially those in the world of film distribution, were forced to sit up and take notice of the horror genre for the first time since the heyday of the Universal monster movies of the 1930’s.
