A Quiet Place 2 Review
A Quiet Place 2 was one of the highly anticipated projects that got delayed by the pandemic multiple times. Now it becomes the first pandemic era film to top the 100 million mark at the box office. Is it a worthy sequel?

Review of 'The Diabolic'
The Diabolic follows Nemesis as she takes Sidonia’s place in the treacherous galactic court. Interesting Setting The Diabolic was reminiscent of a space opera that worked. It takes place in the far-off future, after a deep expiration of space. Society is separated by those who live planetside called Excesses, and then the aristocrats who live in domes in space with artificial gravity and weather.

Wish Dragon is a clumsy attempt, but you have to start somewhere
The trailer of Wish Dragon popped up when I finished Spirited Away on Netflix for I don’t remember how many times. This sums up my entire response after three minutes:

‘Luca’ Review—A Heartwarming Beauty
Pixar has always been my favorite animation studio, and they have blessed us all again with a Disney+ original, Luca. This film comes to us from long-time storyboard artist Enrico Casarosa in his feature directorial debut. Our story follows two young boys having fun in an Italian summer as they must hide the fact that they are sea monsters in a city that fears them.

Fatherhood Review
The latest Netflix original movie comes on the cusp of father days weekend and it is perfect timing to get sentimental about love and loss and the courage it takes to step up.

Belated film reviews: Fun Size
About a week ago, picked straight out of one of my aforementioned film lists, I chose to watch Fun Size. The main reason why I elected it was how short it is (only an hour and twenty-six minutes long), but, considering what I saw with my own two eyes, it was an hour and twenty-six minutes too much.

‘Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard’ Review — A Lackluster Action Comedy
Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard is that guy who shows up to college parties who’s always making subpar jokes and is always “on,” and while you don’t have a bad time with him, you want him to go screw himself.

My Review of "Lupin: Part II"
Lupin: Part II is the second half of the season one. With so many TV shows under its belt, Netflix has to make some tough decisions when green lighting shows. Some shows don't get to continue and end off with cliffhangers. Lupin is a little different from the rest. It had us all hooked from the very beginning. It was inevitable that the second part was going to come out but who knew it would come out so soon.

Fruits Basket Anime Review
"Fruits Basket, sometimes abbreviated Furuba or Fruba, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Natsuki Takaya" (Wiki) and then turned anime series. I have only read volume one of the manga but the anime I just finished. There was an original series but it ended with the first season. Fans seemed to think that the first series wasn't doing the manga justice when it came to representing the material. That series (from 2001) is the reason I discovered Fruits Basket. Now there is a new series that started in 2019 and just finished in 2021.
