Avengers and Marvel fans are getting pumped for the release of Avengers: Doomsday and the return of most of the original gang. This includes Robert Downey Jr. returning in a titular role as Doom. Cristen Cole's Fate is Sealed in House of the Dragon
Cristen Cole is one of the few characters that has gone through so much crap in season 3. After realizing that he was unable to get to Aemond in Harrenhal, not realizing that he has been there the whole time, he decided to take his army away, and go after the Rivermen army, that served Rhaenyra. He is also stuck in the company of Gwayne Hightower, the brother of Alicent. Their journey has not been going well at all. Gwayne is frustrated with Cole's decisions, and he was rightfully pissed off when he discovered one of their knights had harmed a village girl, only for Cole to brush over this assault.

Streaming Killed the Television Star
Has anyone else noticed that television has gotten… worse? So many shows are released as miniseries. They’ll be one season and then years later there will finally be another. Well, if there’s ever another season. So many fantastic shows get canceled after a single season like Moon Knight, I Am Not Okay With This, and Julie and the Phantoms. I mourn these shows more than you’ll ever know (especially Moon Knight, there was so much that could have come from that show).

Fallout-Too Sweet
The whistle came from beyond the dunes, sporadic and ragged, like a dying iron beast wheezing its last. Cooper Howard crouched beneath the remains of a wind-scoured billboard, wiping the lenses of his binoculars with his sleeve. In the distance lay the Legion’s camp, the forward position, to be precise. Torches lined the sand in two columns, and in the open space between them, a man was tied to a post. From the uniform, he was NCR.

Helaena Targaryen is the Only One Who Deserves a Happy Ending
Helaena is the only one that I feel never should have been dragged into the war. While Alicent did do a bad parenting job for her sons, Helaena became her own person, wanting to live in peace than choose war. Helaena was also made to marry her brother Aegon, have his children, only for her son to be killed during an 'assassin gone wrong' plot under the orders of Daemon Targaryen.

Will Lord Corlys Betray Queen Rhaenyra in House of the Dragon?
Lord Corlys is one of the main characters who has stuck by the side of the Targaryen family, and this decision literally cost him everything. He had married into the Targaryen family when he had wed Rhaenys, the cousin of the past king, Viserys. He had two children with her, a daughter and a son, that he deeply loved. He ended up cheating on her at some point during their marriage, an obvious regret that he carried with him, when he refused to even acknowledge his two bastard sons. He ignored their existence, choosing to stay with his wife and children.

The Matrix is really about (a) Trinity. Top Story - July 2026.
I re-watched The Matrix recently for the first time in many years. And here is my 27-year-old hot take: The most important character journey in this movie IS NOT NEO'S.

My Top 15 Favorite Movie Villains of All Time
#1 - Hans Landa ( Inglourious Basterds , 2009) SS Colonel Hans Landa, aka "The Jew Hunter," played by Christoph Waltz, is the main antagonist in Quentin Tarantino's 2009 film Inglourious Basterds. Crafty and chillingly charismatic, Hans Landa is widely regarded as one of cinema's greatest villains. Waltz even won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his outstanding performance.

Villainess Blown Opportunity: Claudia Jordan Should Have Been the Banker in Season 2 (Deal Or No Deal Island)
When the first news of the Deal or No Deal Island program broke, I was all in! I was (and still am) a huge fan of Deal or No Deal ; I watched religiously on NBC when it aired a few times a week. I loved everything about the show, including and especially the show's host: Howie Mandel. I've been a Howie Mandel fan since I was five years old, back when he was doing Muppet Babies and more notably, Bobby's World.
