Rebel Moon is the Future of Entertainment. Top Story - December 2023.
CAUTION: SPOILERS AHEAD. There is no nice way of putting it. Rebel Moon is terrible. But not terrible for the reasons that most people have noticed. After being out for a little less than two weeks, most people have panned the movie for what it is. A sloppy, copy and paste job of some of the most popular science fiction franchises. However, Rebel Moon is far more problematic than that. It goes beyond common sci-fi tropes. It mashes together nearly every successful genre possible in hopes of appealing to the majority people. In doing this, it is everything and nothing at once.

Spider-Man's Poignant Encounter with the Joker: Unveiling Why He Reigns as the Ultimate Hero
SUMMARY Spider-Man's encounter with the Joker in the 1990s crossover Spider-Man and Batman reveals his darker emotions, but he maintains control and resists the urge for vengeance. Peter Parker has maintained his status as one of the most relatable superheroes, stemming in large part from his vulnerability and ability to grapple with moral dilemmas. Now as I am only going on Saturday that means that I will (hopefully) be spending most of the day in the press pit for the mainstage panels. But there are a few smaller panels that I plan on seeing. So here is my top to bottom schedule for Saturday.

Michael Gambon's Most Unforgettable Role
For those who grew up with the Harry Potter movies, they likely see Michael Gambon's face as the apotheosis of warmth and wisdom. Taking over the role of Professor Albus Dumbledore upon the death of the beloved Richard Harris, though, it was no easy task he had before him trying to fill those shoes. Famously, though, Gambon didn't even attempt to. He didn't read the books, and he didn't allow his approach to the character to be tainted by Harris's prior portrayal.
