30 Books to Read Before You Die (Pt. 38)
Part 38 and we’re still going. I feel like we’re going to be doing this forever at this point, but hopefully I can round it off soon and you don’t have to listen to me rambling on about stuff to do with books for very long. We’ve looked at many different topics in our journey, and yet, we still have a ton of subjects to cover—today we’re going to cover the importance of reading different cultures, and not just your own.

It is not a surprise or even debatable that DC has a lot of catching up to when it comes to movies. Marvel's well organized and cinematic universe has proved to be extremely successful and with DC's foot in the door with movies like Wonder Woman and Shazam, there is a lot of potential with DC's next phase of movies as long as they plan everything right. Here are some comic book heroes that could and should be part of the DC Extended Universe.

Though he may not be as big of a Disney fan as his brother, Remus had to admit that if there was anything he was fond of in Disney movies, it has to be the sorcery. One of the best things about being the twin who didn't have have a gallant reputation was that he had easier accesses to the resources for all the voodoo, hoodoo, and stuff he had yet to try. However, the bad thing about him being the embodiment of Thomas's intrusive thoughts that would even concern the other Dark Sides was that acting without thinking things through brought harm to others, including himself.

This film has been covered many times by many critics and is the bane of the Batman franchise's existence. Most reputable critics will consider this one of the worst films ever made. It currently has 11 percent on rotten tomatoes and I think 11 percent is out of sympathy. There have been attempts to justify the acid trip of this film. Some say it's a continuation of Adam West's TV show. Some say it was just made to sell toys.
Chloe GilholyPublished 5 years ago in GeeksWho Will be the Next Green Lantern
Green Lantern is one of DC's biggest heroes. Not only is he a key member of the Justice League, but he has the ability to carry his own successful franchise and movies. Whether it is Hal Jordan, John Stewart or Guy Gardener, Green Lantern can make for a very entertaining movie franchise if done right, (ignore the old Green Lantern movie). It is no secret that a Green Lantern is coming to the big screen soon, but who will be the one to wear the ring?

Please note this article contains some "sensitive" information. This is just my opinion. All I did this weekend was binge watch TV shows and clean my apartment. I did not leave the comfort of my apartment, except to take my dog on walks. While I was scrolling through Amazon Prime, I came across the series, Friday Night Lights. This used to be on Netflix, but I am unsure if it is still available.

The Last Person to Finish 'Stranger Things' Series 3 Speaks (Spoiler Review)
In an age where a new streaming service pops up out of nowhere sooner than you can fart twice, (nice, I just found a wild Disney+ up my arse!) it’s hard to find any media property that has enough cultural recognition, popularity, and pulling power—yeah, they’re basically all the same thing, but I was hoping you wouldn’t notice—to draw in enough people for a half decent "water cooler" conversation. However, the Duffer brothers’ smash hit Stranger Things has been a delight for me in that respect, even topping The Fantasy Show That Shall Not Be Named for viewership numbers and excitement levels amongst my little group of young adult peers. Nonetheless, the buzz for the Duffers’ show was not limited to just my friends. The official figures reveal that Stranger Things’ third series was Netflix’s most viewed "thing" ever within a four day time frame. This really begs the question: Why in the Upside-Down is this derivative, predictable, 80s nostalgia fest so Demodog-damn popular?

Since we’ve spoken about many things, you’d think I would’ve run out of things to talk about. That’s just not the case. We’ve been on such a long journey with so long to go that you can probably imagine how much writing I’m sitting here doing at any particular moment in time. I love to write for the entertainment of others because I always think to myself about how I can make the reading public more accessible to everyone. Reading is meant to be enjoyed by all; and if it wasn’t, then why is it one of the many mediums of entertainment? Literary snobs will tell you they’ve read every single book under the sun. But today, we’re here to discuss the book you never finished but wanted to—just so that you could say you finished it. Why is it so important to read and finish a classic you don’t like reading? Moral high-ground? Talking about it with others? Studying it at school or university? Life is too short to read a book you know you aren’t enjoying or you aren’t going to enjoy, and that’s what we’re here to talk about today. Is there a way of making sure you gain something out of a book you know you don’t enjoy, but are required to finish? The answer is absolutely and definitely; yes.

As a teenager, I was really into Anime, but as I grew older, I also lost interest in anime. In recent years, I have maybe only watched three, the first being SoA, the second being Erased and the third being Anohana.

Patton walked in the Imagination with Deceit without much tension between them. Everyone decided to attempt to give the sciurophobe the benefit of the doubt, but they haven't exactly reached the point where they would declare when they've hung out with Deceit on their own accord yet, so Patton felt the need to see if anyone was watching them walk. Earlier on, they were checking out cloud formations when Deceit could sense Patton having nostalgic feelings, causing a swirl of emotions. As a result, they were walking to Patton's room for the sake of the snake man showing him a "surprise."
