2. Oats and Chocolate Hot Smoothie

This is another hot smoothie that I ever tried and still one of my top choices during the winter season. Oats are incredible for your stomach, help to fight off malignant growth while chocolate wards off the stress, and secures against things like Alzheimer's sickness.

Even better, everything tastes amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 15g/0.5oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • ½ a ripe, medium-sized banana
  • Six almonds
  • 200ml/6.75floz almond milk 20g/0.7ozrolled oats
  • rolled oats
  • 20ml/0.7floz cold water
  • 5g/0.2oz chia seeds

Instructions

1. Take a jug and add the dark colo chocolate into it and pour in the almond milk. Microwave until the blend is warm, and the chocolate has dissolved (you can do this in a dish if you like).

2. Add the almonds, chia seeds, oats, banana, the water and approx, a fifth of the almond milk to your smoothie blender. Include an additional sprinkle of virus water if you think the fluid is excessively warm (see cautioning above about hot liquids and smoothie producers).

3. Blend on high speed for a few minutes until the oats and chia seeds have been blending well.

4. While it's mixing, further warmth the remainder of the almond/chocolate blend until hot, however not bubbling.

5. Pour the ready mixture of oat into your cup, stir in the almond/chocolate blend and serve.
