Predator of the Seafood Is Human. Not the Shark!

All of you who like seafood, gather around! Like the great predator, white shark looking for the next meal in the sea. I recently got to eat at Oscar's Pier 83, a restaurant in Glendale, Arizona, for AZFOODGUY reviews and is known for being a hidden gem. It shouldn't be a surprise that this seafood business has been around for close to twenty years, and it's still going strong. When I walked in, the lighting fixtures and other parts of the decor made it look like a seaport. It was a pretty amazing thing to have all of it around, and the dedication to getting it right was great.

The restaurant was spotless, which added to the atmosphere of the place. It was like a clean pier.  Because all of the decorations were attached to the wall, there was no chance that dust or too many things would build up to see. This was a nice way to spend time in the dining area looking at all of the cool stuff. Almost all of the items on the menu were seafood, and if you like fish and chips, this restaurant is just what you're looking for to satisfy your cravings. Even so, they have a lot of other dishes on the menu that are just as delicious as the ones I tried.

At Oscar's Pier 83, the shrimp and crab pasta was without a doubt one of the dishes that stood out to me as being among the best I tried. It was definitely one of the dishes I tried there that I liked the best. It tasted great and had lots of crab and shrimp in it. You can order it by itself or as a side dish, but since it's so tasty, I'd recommend getting it as part of a supper so you can try a little bit of everything else on the menu.

You can order it either by itself or as a side dish. The huge seafood po boy sandwich is another meal you shouldn't miss. You should definitely order this if you have the chance. It is a dinner that will definitely keep you from feeling hungry and make you feel full after you eat it.

If you like seafood, this restaurant won't disappoint you. They serve salmon and tuna filets that are both delicious and cooked just right. If you like seafood, you won't be let down. But the thing that really stood out to me about their place was the clam chowder they served. They bring their bread dish all the way from San Francisco. It uses sourdough bread, which has a taste that can't be beat. It's a filling meal, and the things inside will not let you down in any way.

Now it's time for what you've been waiting for: big jumbo oysters. You can get them as a main dish, or you can put them in a tortilla. Either way, they are a very hearty addition. The biggest things that stood out to me about the oysters were their size and how crisp they were. It was a nice surprise because, no matter how hard I've looked, I haven't found any other places that serve oysters this big.
