My Weird Pairing
I would say pasta is one of my favorite foods of all time. This would be easily be a comfort to choose right off the bat. Usually my list consist of they typical foods that most would pick. That is like hotdogs, cheeseburgers, and mac and cheese. Just love how Italian food has usually all these different flavors. The sauce makes the whole meal perfect and brings the dish together. The two sauces I use for the pasta is Alfredo and Marinara sauce. By far my favorite is the Marinara sauce any day of the week. My favorite Italian dish Baked Ziti. That is pretty much what I order every time going to Olive Garden. The cheese and the sauce make the whole dish so good. Of course can't help to get some wine with it too. That is what my story is going to be about. My combination of Baked Ziti with Moscato wine. Not sure if this is a weird pair, but this is mine.
