Step-by-step recipe

Potatoes are specially soaked in cold water, so that even the natural starch in it remains at least. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Hashbrown with cheese and bacon

Very often, hashbrown with cheese and bacon is prepared for breakfast. The dish turns out to be more flavorful and satisfying.

Instruction:

Peel 3 potatoes and chop them with a coarse grater. Remove excess moisture. Add salt and pepper. Form the pancakes, and fry them in a preheated frying pan with oil. On each side, you need to fry for about 3-5 minutes to form a ruddy crust. Preheat the oven to 392F.

In a baking dish, put some of the pancakes, cover them with bacon and grated cheese. You will need 3.53 oz of bacon and 3.53 oz of cheese.

Peel 2 potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Add the spices, 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 eggs. Mix well. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan.

Lay out the mass of potatoes, and make a small depression in the middle. You need to drive an egg into it. When one side of the hashbrown turns golden, flip it to the other side. Fry for another 2 minutes.

How to cook hashbrown with salmon?

To make the dish more airy, it can be made from mashed potatoes.

Instruction:

Boil 5 potatoes, and grate on a coarse grater. You can also take the ready-made mashed potatoes left after dinner.

Chop 3.53 oz of cheese on a coarse grater. Add the cheese, 2 eggs and spices to the mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly to make the mass thick and plastic.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a preheated frying pan. To make hashbrown even tastier, you can use butter.

Form the pancakes, and place them in a preheated frying pan. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Place the finished pancakes on a plate covered with a paper napkin. So you can remove excess fat.
