When you switch to proper nutrition, you must have breakfast. And it is a smoothie that will be a great start to a new day. After all, it will charge you with energy and give you cheerfulness. It is refreshing, delicious and very healthy. And it is prepared in just a few minutes. If there is not enough sweetness, you can add honey to taste.

Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Apple - 1 PC

Celery-1 stalk

Kiwi - 2 PCs

Mineral water without gas - 2 tbsp

37 k cal per 3.53 oz of ingredients

Instruction:

To prepare a vitamin smoothie, you must immediately prepare the ingredients according to the list. Peel the vegetables and fruits and cut them into small pieces.

Peel the apple and kiwi. Remove the core from the apple. Kiwi, by the way, is a very useful fruit for losing weight.  But if you use 1 kiwi in the morning for a month, you will greatly improve your health and accelerate your metabolism.

Wash the celery stalks and cut them into chunks. As you know, celery is generally very popular in various diets. It is very rich in vitamins. It is considered an excellent tonic. Put the fruit and vegetables in a blender and beat until smooth. Pour in the mineral water and beat again for a few seconds until smooth. Pour the drink into glasses, cool and serve. Vitamin smoothie is ready. Fill up with vitamins!

Green smoothies can be drunk as a second breakfast, if you can have breakfast porridge in the morning. But not before an hour after the first breakfast. Lose weight with pleasure!

Pineapple, cranberry smoothies can be prepared without dividing the flavors into layers, but it is the two-layer version that looks so spectacular. So few ingredients and so much flavor, color, and utility!

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Cranberries 1 Cup

Pineapples 1 Cup

Bananas 2 PCs.

Sugar syrup to taste

70 kcal per 3.53 oz (100 g) of ingredients

Step-by-step recipe:

To prepare a drink, you can take fresh cranberries. Bananas will give a creamy texture, add density and natural sweetness to the drink. In the cranberry layer, the sweetness from the banana will not be enough, so you can sweeten it with ordinary sugar syrup to taste. If desired, you can dilute the density by adding a little water during whipping.Immediately prepare glasses or serving jars in which we will serve smoothies.

Prepare the pineapple layer, put pieces of pineapple and one banana in the bowl of the blender, add a few spoonfuls of syrup. Whisk the ingredients at high speed in a blender until smooth. Pineapple layer is ready, try it for sweetness, check the density if everything suits, then pour the drink into prepared glasses or jars, filling them half. For the cranberry layer, put the second banana in the bowl of the blender, cut into random pieces, add the cranberries and a little syrup. Whisk the ingredients until you get a smooth and bright cranberry smoothie.

Let's try the taste, at this stage I added a little more syrup. After adding the syrup, whisk the smoothies for a few more seconds. Carefully pour cranberry layer over the top of the pineapple smoothie. If you did not add water during the whipping process, the drink is quite thick and the layers will not mix when you add one layer to another.

Ready pineapple-cranberry smoothie is decorated to taste with cranberry berries and mint leaves. Here is such a contrasting drink turned out: both in color and taste. But if you mix the two layers, the taste becomes harmonious. Bon Appetit!
