There's something to be said about Anthony, the charismatic worker there known for his flair and boundless enthusiasm. He doesn't just run the show; he *is* the show. "I used to work in another restaurant I enjoyed in the past, but nothing feels like home quite like this restaurant right here. Chef knows his stuff and from what I see his mastery is beyond anything even I could imagine. Above all, He is a great teacher and mentor! The servers work hard and are amazing with their kind attitudes and understanding knowing that it takes a lot to fulfill every need of each customer. They are brave in moments where I find it difficult to handle people. HR does an outstanding job leading the team and Pedro is the coolest guy you will ever meet as a boss in front of the house. I honestly would not want to be anywhere else." Anthony Shared with me.
