Gouda and Cabernet
Gouda is a delicious and creamy cheese to pair with a Cabernet wine. If you opt for the younger gouda cheese, expect a milder and softer flavor. However, if you are interested in a stronger flavor then opt for the older gouda cheese. Both pair very nicely with a cabernet wine.
Manchego and Sparkling Wine
