Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods because of what it contains. They have all the minerals and vitamins that the body needs. Eggs contain calcium, folate, phosphorus, proteins, selenium, and zinc. They are also filled with vitamins such as B2, B5, B6, B12 as well as Vitamin A, D, E, and K.
2. High In Protein
Proteins are the building blocks of the human body. Proteins are needed so the body can make new, healthy tissue, and cells. Getting sufficient amounts of protein is very important. Proteins help increase muscle mass, lower blood pressure, optimize bone health, and help consumers maintain a healthy weight.
When you eat eggs regularly, you won’t have to worry about getting enough protein. One average-sized egg has more than 6 grams of protein. Additionally, eggs contain all the essential amino acids in the right amount for the body.

Eggs are a great source of nutrition. One of the most important nutrients, besides proteins, found in eggs is Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin.
