Every household should always keep eggs on hand to make delicious and healthy meals. Eggs are so versatile that you can do more than eat them scrambled, boiled, poached, or fried. Check out 10 healthy meals below where an egg is the main ingredient.

1. BELT Sandwich

You have heard about a BLT sandwich made with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. The BELT is simply a BLT sandwich with sliced hard-boiled eggs added to it. The BELT is even more delicious when served with a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup.

Let your next burrito be one filled with eggs. Start with either a corn or flour tortilla. Include scrambled eggs for protein, cheese for calcium, veggies for fiber, and meat for added protein and flavor.
