Navigating Mental Health: The Struggle Within

“My life, my rules” is the motto of the current generation.

They are super cool to lit a cigarette, drink alcohol, to addict to drug and have sex with multiple partners.

Humbleness is disappearing day by day in youth. They are aggressive and short tempered. They don't care about their parents or society.

Youth should become the strength of the nation, but unfortunately, they are becoming a weakness!

See, even if I tell them my problems, pain and the struggles which I'm undergoing or undergone. They don't care to learn from my mistake.

They will be in cloud 69 :D until some problems hit them very hard.

No matter however you motivate them, give insights about life, or speech about struggles they don't understand, they don't try to understand it.

When life fu*ks them hard, then only they learn and understand the pain.

“Experience can't be explained, but it should be experienced by self.”

The wise man learns from someone's mistake, pain and struggles, but today's youth wait until their turn to experience pain, struggle and problems.

Be humble, be gentle and be kind!

No matter how much you earn or which all India rank you secured! Let your feet be on earth not on the sky!

We were all just a sperm once upon a time, which luckily selected out of millions of sperm to become human.

Else we would remain as sperm either on the toilet seat, tissue paper, bed or underwear!

Keep your attitude aside, lower your don't care attitude!

Life is magical, it can take you from zero to 100 in a jiffy and in the same way it can take you back from 100 to zero!

Whatever you have, might not be there tomorrow. It could be health, wealth and friends.

Life is just an illusion!

The young generation faces a variety of challenges and problems in today's world. Here are some common issues and suggestions on how to overcome them:

Mental Health: Young people often struggle with mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and stress. It's crucial to prioritize mental well-being by seeking professional help, practicing self-care, maintaining a support system, and adopting healthy coping mechanisms.

Education and Employment: The job market is highly competitive, and many young individuals face difficulties in finding suitable employment. To overcome this, they can focus on acquiring relevant skills, networking, seeking internships or apprenticeships, and staying updated with industry trends. Additionally, exploring entrepreneurship or freelancing can offer alternative career paths.

Financial Challenges: Young people may encounter financial burdens, such as student loans, high living costs, or lack of financial literacy. To address this, individuals can create budgets, learn about personal finance, seek financial advice, and develop smart saving and investing habits.

Technology and Social Media: While technology offers numerous benefits, excessive screen time and social media usage can lead to isolation, cyberbullying, and unhealthy comparisons. Young people can establish boundaries for technology use, engage in offline activities, cultivate meaningful relationships, and practice digital detoxes regularly.

Climate Change and Environmental Issues: The younger generation is particularly concerned about the environment and the impact of climate change. They can contribute to positive change by adopting sustainable habits, advocating for eco-friendly policies, supporting green initiatives, and raising awareness through education and activism.

Inequality and Social Justice: Young people often witness and experience social injustices based on factors such as race, gender, sexuality, or socioeconomic status. They can actively engage in promoting equality by educating themselves, joining advocacy groups, volunteering, challenging discriminatory behavior, and participating in peaceful protests.

Political Disengagement: Some young individuals may feel disenchanted with politics or believe their voices aren't heard. To overcome this, they can educate themselves about political issues, participate in local community initiatives, join youth organizations, and vote in elections to make a difference.

Work-Life Balance: Balancing work, studies, personal relationships, and self-care can be challenging for young people. Prioritizing time management, setting realistic goals, practicing self-care, and seeking support from friends and family can help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
