Behold the Guardian of the Forest
Lo, as she walks with the fae, the Guardian silently observes what surrounds her, looking for anything out of place or threatening to her vast wooded kingdom. Dressed in a flowing diaphanous blue gown, she appears to glide above the ground. The little glowing fairies who light her way also pick flowers and adorn her head with a crown of posies. Her long dark hair flows wildly from her head as she stares coldly at her surroundings, looking for intruders in her domain.

Poison Penny Returns
For three nights, I’ve watched my husband, Terry, stare out the window with a mournful look. It is spring, and Poison Penny has returned and picked my husband to add to her growing list of suitors. He’s done nothing but stare out windows. He’s not heard a word the kids or I have said to him. He looks dreamy at dinner like he’s still half asleep.
