Simple Photography Tricks
What is Photography? Photography is a fascinating art form. It involves capturing and displaying the world around us through the use of light and shadows on film, digital image sensors or other media. Photographers capture moments in time that would otherwise be gone forever. They capture not only the beauty of the world but also its ugliness and this makes them such an important part of society. People use photography to help document their lives for future generations. Some photographers are professional while others make money from selling images they have taken. Like any job there are risks involved with being a photographer but it can also be extremely rewarding.

Why You Should Hire a Content Writer
It's hard to believe that the Internet was a place where people came to play and chat with one another not too long ago. Back then, it was exclusively a place for academics and researchers to come together and share information. Nowadays, the Internet is a much more exciting place since it's now home to many different businesses and brands. What about those who work in this space? It turns out that we're often overlooked as part of the digital economy. This has created a new virtual office for writers to create content for themselves and others.

A Brief History of Urban Fantasy
The modern-day setting has its share of monsters. However, in the urban fantasy setting, these monsters take the form of the supernatural. Whether a ghost, vampire, werewolf or something equally frightening, it is up to the main character to find out what is happening and why. A good bit of this setting lies heavily in the horror realm, while some authors take it the genre of romance.

Why Men Don't Talk About Depression
Why do men have a higher instance of depression than women? Depression is a disease that affects both men and women, but it can vary how each gender experiences it. In general, women are more likely to have depression due to hormonal changes and the more nurturing nature of females. Men, however, often keep their feelings inside or refuse to talk about them for fear of being stigmatized or judged by others. This will lead to higher incidences of depression among men than women.

What is Epic Fantasy Literature?
Wizards, dragons, and elves! Oh, My! Let's face it, as an adult or child, we all wanted to fly on the back of a dragon or destroy the evil wizard. Some of us wished we could save Fantasia with Falcor. Still, in the end, reality hits, and we're back in our crazy world devoid of imagination, magic, and dragons. While a case can be made for dragons and magic, our best chance of living the fantasy life is by delving into books. Those are fantasy or epic fantasy.

A Wizard Fights Alone
We weren’t ready for this! If this wasn’t the epitome of irony, then I don’t know what was. All of us wanted adventure so badly, but neither of us understood how deadly it could become. Everything rested on my shoulders. What could go wrong? Besides everything? If I didn’t do something, my friends would die.

Magic and Mayhem: Wizards in Epic Fantasy Novels
As a fantasy author, magic has taken the primary stage in life and my imagination. I grew up reading Dragonlance novels and authors like Saberhagen, Moorcock, and others. Movies like Excaliber with Merlin, Conan, and The Neverending Story fueled my imagination as a kid and continued as an adult. I've played Dungeons & Dragons and went on to create a whole new world for my fantasy stories: Aria, the World of Twilight. The one thing that stands out is the magic and the wizards, both men and women, elf and human alike, wielding its immense power.

Men and Depression
Studies show that men are less likely to report a depressive episode than women. Men are less likely to be diagnosed with depression than women. Because of the stigma, they are also less likely to seek treatment. Men are more likely to exhibit anger or aggression than sadness or hopelessness when depressed. Clinical depression can affect men just as it does women and should not be taken lightly. If you're a man struggling with depression, do not hesitate to reach out for help.
