'Kick-Ass' | Movie Review
Released in 2010 and directed by multi award winner Matthew Vaughn; Kick-Ass adapts a popular graphic novel about a teenage boy who works to become a real-life superhero. I remember watching this movie years ago and absolutely loving it—now that it's on Netflix I thought I'd see if it still lives up what I remember—here's what I thought...

'American Gods' | TV Show Review
Most TV shows I watch they are normally adaptations of books that I've read and enjoyed. 100 percent of the time, this is what inspires me to watch the countless TV shows and movie adaptations of Neil Gaiman's books. As an avid reader and lover of Gaiman's books, I'll always get very excited when it is announced another of his books is being adapted—which is what just happened, when American Gods was announced for Amazon Prime subscribers.

'I Am Mother' – Netflix Original Movie Review
Before I watched It… I stumbled across the trailer for this movie during one of my many deep dives into YouTube. From this brief glance into the movie, I was intrigued; it had all the elements of a movie that I would enjoy: it’s a sci-fi movie, filled with all the good narrative points of a thriller, and didn’t look like anything I had watched before.

'Orange Is the New Black'
When it comes to original TV shows, Netflix is one of the pros at producing them. One of its more popular series is Orange is the New Black. The show initially revolved around Piper Chapman, who is sentenced to 15 months in Litchfield Penitentiary, a women’s federal prison. As the series progresses, we still follow Piper’s story, but we also get a look into the other inmates' lives.

Lizzo | 'Cuz I Love You' | Album Review
Lizzo, born Melissa Viviane Jefferson in Detroit (Michigan), is a 31 year old singer and rapper. In April 2019 she released her third studio album Cuz I Love You, her first major studio label released with Atlantic Records. Now I started to take notice of this album when the first single, "Juice," was announced as Annie Mac’s ‘Hottest Record in the World’ for Monday 7th January 2019. At first I wasn’t sure what to think about this song, but it definitely paved the way to finding more of her songs and developing a quick love for this extremely talented artist.
