The Originals
" It is love, imperfect and unordered, that keeps them apart, even as it holds them together somehow " - Judith Guest There only three reasons to why I adore the Originals. Its expectational dialogue, well written characters and the theme of the entire show revolves around: Family. This is the kind of the show that has storylines and characters that I can actually tolerate even though these same characters pissed me off or got on my last nerves. They still managed to add something to the show. I know most people hate the Mikaelsons siblings in the Originals but let me tell you this: The Mikaelsons are the most realistic and accurate portrayal of family that I have ever seen on television other than the Gallagher's from Shameless. All the bickering and backstabbing that they do to one other, they still find a way to overcome and rise up from their downfalls and shortcomings. My most favorite Original and Mikaelsons sibling is Elijah. He will always be the best character to me no matter what. You can say whatever the hell you guys want about him. I don't give a damn! He went through serious character development after The Vampire Diaries. Most people may refer to him as the most unpredictable and scariest Original which I didn't find him like that at all. Elijah turns up when he needs to. He knows whenever he tries to play the nice guy and peace maker, it doesn't always work at times so he has to exhibit those people on why he's not really the nice and cordial original he used to be. Elijah may have been done some things in the Originals that not a lot of people may have agreed with but there is nothing worse than what the damn Klaus has ever done. I didn't appreciate how they did Elijah in the last episode of the Originals. That was just a slap in the face writing to me like what do you mean Elijah sacrifices his self along with Klaus? No, Klaus sacrifices his own his self ALONE with no one else by his side. Didn't even bother to give Elijah his own happy ending! Kol may not have been my favorite Original and Mikaelson but he was right about one thing. Klaus has put that family through damn hell. It's time for them to stop worrying and hanging around his behind and find what they always wanted in their lives: Happiness.

The Voyeurs
There are so many life lessons that me and anyone else can learn just from this film. This movie is a perfect example of how being nosy and not staying out of people's business can actually have an effect on your life to come crashing down right before your eyes. The cinematography for this movie is incredible no doubt. They used their budget very well for this and I really appreciate that. The plot of this movie looks like it belongs in a book which I wished it had been originally and this movie could have been the adaptation of it. Trust me, I've read many books to know this. There was some twists and turns in this movie that left me speechless and confused at the same time and some things that didn't make some sense to me and I know it's just a movie but come on now. I will agree that Seb and Julia went to far to enact their revenge on Pippa for spying on them through their window by exposing her body at Seb's art gallery and killing her boyfriend and framing his death to make it look like a suicide (all they had to do was confront her like adults and let her know what's up since they already knew where she lived at) because what the hell did they expect? Living in an apartment with no curtains on your windows can give anyone an idea to start spying on you and watching everything that you do and they weren't the only ones who we as the audience can see through their windows either. Was Seb really cheating on Julia or was he just doing it because at the time, he knew Pippa was watching him? That was the biggest thing that left me confused from this movie and how in the hell did Pippa get their bodies from out of her workplace and back into their apartment? I couldn't believe Pippa actually stood there in Seb and Julia and played the victim. She really had herself convinced that she was not the roof of all this like sweetheart you are. You listened to your boyfriend when he kept telling you to stop snooping on them in the window. The best friend made me so mad when she straight up LIED to Pippa's face about how what happened was not her fault like seriously what kind of friend does that? That had to be some kind of mistake of dialogue in the script because there's no way a friend in real life would something like that?! Pippa was concerned about doing the right thing. She wanted a piece of Seb her damn self and when she followed him into the bar and went with him to their apartment and had sex with him on their couch, she became one of his honeys. Honeys is a term I use for women that men bring in and out of his bed. Something that I created from the top of my head. Anyway, Sidney Sweeney just can't be taken seriously as an adult. It's the way her body is shaped and the height she is. When I watched that love scene between her character Pippa and Seb, it made me a little bit uncomfortable inside. It was like he was screwing a kid. I know it's awful of me to even think of it that way. You guys must think I'm a little weird for that but that's how I felt watching that scene. Please forgive me Sidney. Even the actress Kate Mara. She might not look like a kid but she definitely looks like a teenager. Overall, I think the plot was pretty decent and good way for Sidney to start off with. She made a great choice choosing to be in this film.

Scream 5 Trailer
Hey everyone! The trailer for Scream 5 has arrived and I am totally excited for it. I've probably watched it like over twenty times because I just can't enough of it. They had the perfect chance to name this Scream 5: The Final Cut or Scream 5: New Generation which I think New Generation would best for the television show. ( The show that not so many Scream fans like) I'm not sure if you guys have heard but Scream 5 is not going to be title of it. I'm just going to refer to as that anyway. I hope I'm not wrong about this because I saw it in an article as I was googling a cover photo for my very own article. I am so happy that Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox came back to reprise their roles as the three core survivors (Sidney Prescott, Gale Weathers and Dewey Riley). This Ghostface seems more sinister than the other ghostfaces in the Scream Trilogy. I mean when he or she stepped on Tara's leg (played by Jenna Ortega) in that damn trailer, I felt like he was stepping on my damn leg and when he or she stood at the door and immediately stabbed her in chest. I was like this Ghostface is not playing any games in this one. My most favorite line throughout the trailer is "Hello, Sidney! It's an honor."

True Blood: A Wasted Potential
First of all, I just wanted to get something straight. I love the genres such fantasy, supernatural and horror and anything that has vampires, witches, werewolves, and wizards. I will watch any tv show, movie, and read any book that has those kinds of genres. You can call me a nerd because I enjoy watching these things and that is okay. That’s the reason why I even chose to watch this show.

The Diary of An Young Black Girl
My name is Janay Tiffany Ealey and I am an eighteen-year-old young black girl who is on her way into the real world who is transitioning into adulthood. My childhood and teenage years have flown by so quickly in my lifetime. The days of my youth have vanished and I don't know how to feel about it. Being a young black girl in this world is pretty terrifying. Moving into the real world means that I have to do everything in my power to stay alive and be alert because the real world can be dangerous at times. You can't trust anyone in the real world because people are capable of doing the most sinister and devious things. I can end up losing my life over a man that I am dating and he has this crazy ex-girlfriend who has been stalking ever since he broke up with and she ends up following me to where I work and she decides to kill me. Things like this can happen and they've already had. I can let anyone into my life and they can be the reason why I won't be able to live it anymore and because of the color of my skin and the gender that I am, there will be so many conflicts that I will face when I become a woman. That's just how I feel. I am a young black girl who grew up in a domestic violence home and was given life from parents who got married when they were young. I am a young black girl who had a mother who was a foster kid and met a man when she was young and that changed her life forever. There are so many young black girls such as me that might have experienced the same tragic events as me. Becoming a woman will be one of the hardest things that I will have to undergo and I understand when a boy becomes a man, it may be much harder because society expects more from a man than a woman but for a woman, it is so much different! Young black girls are more than likely to be overlooked and treated as non-factors in society and are stereotyped so much in this world. I am not the stereotypical young black girl. I am a young black girl who believes a woman (not just a woman but every single human being that is on this planet) should have morals as a person. It is important to have morals because it helps create the behavioral foundation that every human being has. I am a young black girl who other young black girls can learn so much from because I set an example of what a young black girl should be. I think the problem is that these young black girls look to the wrong black women in their lives. They are exposed to the wrong kinds of women in this world. The examples of black women that these young black girls should be seeing as role models are Serena Williams, Michelle Obama, Allyson Felix, Gabrielle Union, Issa Rae, Ava DuVernay, Misty Copeland, Cleo Wade, Cori "Coco" Gauff, and Ibtihaj Muhammad. Not black women like Sukihana and Megan Thee Stallion. When human beings have positive influences in their lives, they understand the power of relationships, connection, and engaging with the world openly. Examples of positive influences other than people are ordinary things such as listening to music, singing, cleaning your living space, acting interested in a conversation, giving people the benefit of the doubt, practicing mediation, and laughter. This will conclude my diary entry of a young black girl even though it focuses on two topics instead of just one.

What It Means To Know Yourself
I am not the girl that people think I am. I should not be dealt with or spoken to as someone who has a disability or a severe mental disorder. I might be a little off at times, but let's get one thing straight, I am not crazy or psychotic. I will not accept false narratives of myself and allow people to tell me what kind of person I am because the only person who knows who I am is me, myself, and I.
