My Review of "Drowning"
Drowning is not necessarily the game that I usually play. It was on sale on the PSN network for $1.25 for the PlayStation 4. How can you go wrong when a digital game is that cheap? It costs less than a streaming movie rental. So I thought I would check it out thinking it was an interesting premise and the price was right.

My Review of "The Masked Singer: Season 3"
The Masked Singer: Season 3 started off with some much anticipation. They had just come from probably their best season with season 2. So hopes were high for this season. I'm glad that they recognized the success of their new show and doubled down on the series however it kind of stunted the show. I found that they really milked this season. This was probably the biggest problem that I had with this season.

My Review of "Into The Wild"
Into The Wild came out back in 2007 and at the time I guess I was a little too immature to appreciate such a film. I never got to see until now. With all of the craziness happening in 2020 it would be interesting to see someone deliberately setting out to live by themselves in the wild. So I thought it would be an interesting film to watch and I wasn't wrong.

My Review of "Be Water"
Be Water is one of the many biographies of Bruce Lee. It's obvious that he's been a huge cultural icon to the world but what makes this biography different from all of the others? Well this one speaks upon Bruce Lee's life as told by those that were closest to him. Many of the other biographies or biopics you've seen have a perspective that kind of take from a variety of sources but you don't really have people like his wife Linda Lee Cadwell give personal testimonies to confirm specific claims.

My Review of "The Season Pass for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown"
Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown Season Pass came out quite a while ago. Let me start by saying if you haven't played Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, you have to do yourself a favor and play it. I absolutely loved this game and finished it in the first two weeks I had it. I was a little weary about buying the season pass though because I wasn't sure if it was worth it. After buying the season pass I have mixed opinions.

My Review of "MasterChef Canada: Season 5"
MasterChef Canada: Season 5 was a little worrisome for me because I was worried that the contestants were starting to get a little lackluster. Although season 4's contestants picked up their cooking game closer to the end I thought it was probably a weaker season. I wasn't sure how this season would fare. Also the show runners would obviously have to keep the show fresh by bringing up new ideas.

My Review of "Murder Party"
Murder Party is an oddity that I didn't really expect to see on Netflix. I have never heard of this movie before but it popped up on my recommended list and I'm really glad it did. It's a horror comedy that satirizes the art industry and has a lot of interesting messages.

My Review of "Can You Keep a Secret"
Can You Keep a Secret is a movie that came out quietly in 2019. There was little buzz about this movie and I can kind of see why that was. It's a kind of a very by the books cliche romantic comedy. It's not one of the better ones but it does have some redeeming values.

My Review of "Tremors"
Tremors came out back in 1990. I remember the big hype about this movie back when it first came out but I was a little kid and was afraid of horror movies. I never gave it the time of day. Much later in my life I still avoided it not because it was a horror movie but because it looked really cheesy compared to today's movies. Still there's still some people that say Tremors is worth watching. Since it's freely streaming on Netflix why not check it out? This is what I thought of it.

Internal thoughts about Black Lives Matter in 2020
Racial profiling and police brutality has been a widespread issue for a long time. It's been talked about forever this is why I'm curious why it's just now getting the attention that it's supposed to have received decades ago. On the one hand I'm happy that it's finally being addressed but then I have my doubts. I have a feeling that some "protesters" are truly "protesting" for genuine reasons. That's what worries me about the protests. Will there be actual change? Or will this be just a moment to remember that had little significance in the way the government handles its affairs like Tienanmen Square.

My Review of "Star Trek: Picard Season 1"
Star Trek: Picard was actually really unexpected. I have never been a big Star Trek fanatic but I have watched episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Unfortunately I did not watch some of the movies that came out after the TV series ended. Still I know the premise and some of the backstory of some of the characters.

My Review of "Attack The Block"
Attack The Block had come out back in 2011 and I remember watching it in the theaters when it first came out. It aired in a local independent theater that specialized in small independent movies. What I remembered was a really entertaining movie about young British kids fighting an alien invasion.
