Duty, Honor, and Criminal Cops
This world is on fire, and people are attacking the firefighters.Imagine that, if you will. Imagine a building on fire. Imagine people inside, dying and burning alive. Imagine the firefighters trying to get there with their hoses and ladders, but being spat upon and beaten by bystanders who are screaming, "There is no fire!"

As Lee Harvey Oswald was being led from jail to go to court, Jack Ruby pushed through a crowd of reporters and from point blank range, shot him dead. At that moment I knew something was very wrong with this entire scenario.

America can have hundreds—if not thousands—of statues dedicated to famously racist American figures of the former Confederate States of America, and yet practically ignore the black heroes not named Frederick, Martin, or Malcolm? The flag of the Confederacy is an emblem of not only anti-black sentiment and oppression, but of high treason. The Confederates seceded from the Union (Northern States), then went to war with them solely to keep blacks enslaved so they could be free to dehumanize, rape, murder, terrorize and, of course, make a fortune off slaves.

This past week conservative commentator, Ben Shapiro, spoke at the University of California, Berkeley. He was required to pay a hefty security fee to speak at the campus and the school even restricted his audience size for "security reasons". Protests were present throughout the day, and the overall message was that UC Berkeley students were "standing up against (his) white supremacist BS." Due to the fears of these protests becoming violent, the school spent over $600,000 in preparation for Shapiro's visit. But what many of the protesters (and the most liberal Americans) don't know is that Ben Shapiro isn't a white supremacist at all. In fact, Ben Shapiro openly condemns white supremacy quite frequently. He even received an award last year for being the most targeted individual by white supremacists on social media. Yet regardless of these facts he was still met with anti white supremacist protests. This event clearly shows that many individuals don't know what white supremacy really is, so let's explore.
CrunchwrapsuprmPublished 7 years ago in The SwampJoe Biden Will Be The Next President Of The United States
Joe Biden, with his Secret Service entourage in tow, appeared at my best friend's restaurant, Rocco's Italian Restaurant, in McLean, Virginia earlier this summer. He was gracious and charming, and chatted all the patrons up, and allowed them all to take pictures with him. Everybody was smitten with warm feelings towards Joe. It was just another day in the former Vice President's march towards the Presidency, something he felt he was born to do, and is now within his reach. Make no mistake, Joe Biden is going to run for the President next time around, and he will win. Many, including myself, wanted him to be the Democratic Nominee the last time around, but Hillary had locked up all the major party donors, and had laid a solid campaign network from her previous go around running against Barack Obama.

FDR used to call the contingent of isolationists who were strongly opposed to war with Germany “Shrimps” because they had a spinal cord but no brain. At the time, America had its share of Hitler admirers: Lindbergh, and Ford just a few notables. The country was lining up with conservatives very much against the war and liberals for it. Roosevelt was certain that if we did not attend the war, the war would come to us. This was the last time in American history that liberals got to play the patriot card. For World War II, liberals were the patriots and conservatives labeled as fascists and worse. Most, of course, were simply isolationists who believed that Europe could solve its own problem, but that didn’t stop the left from playing the patriot card and eventually joining the war.

Over the last few weeks, we have seen the absolute worst in humanity! We have seen the racism, bigotry, intolerance, ignorance, and just plain stupidity that runs rampant in our society and let me be clear, THERE IS NO PLACE FOR IT IN THIS COUNTRY!! That being said, there is a disconnect in the country that has been set up by the ruling class. Ladies and gentlemen, if you really think the politicians on the Hill have any concern for you or your families and friends then you need to wake up! All they want is control and the best way for them to keep the control, is to have you fighting with each other and looking the other way.

A serious question: How do we improve the quality of elected politicians? Democracy is under threat from many sources, more so than since armed conflicts of the two world wars. Now the enemies are not openly fascist and marching with guns or Bolsheviks waving a red flag; they are far more subtle but just as dangerous. Now the enemies are those who control vast fortunes and seek, understandably in some ways, to ensure that all governments act in ways that ensure these vast fortunes and the mega giant international businesses keep on growing and are not hindered by considerations and concerns of the people.

In the media are reports that places of education, for teenagers and young adults, are claiming that the students are demanding that speakers, who they do not agree with, must not be allowed a “platform” to speak. It is also reported they want “safe spaces” where views they do not agree with are not allowed.

We live in a world that is rapidly changing, and ultimately for the better in spite of popular opinion. A friend of mine called this period in our history "the last stand of darkness," analogizing it to a sort of collective dark night of the soul for humanity as a whole. We are increasingly seeing corruption and treachery for what it is, and calling people out on their devious behavior. Our united demand for a better, more loving world is paramount in undoing the dysfunctional power structure that has kept us in bondage.

This past weekend has really pushed folks' limits on racial identity and racial hate. With the death of Heather Heyer and others being literally targeted by the white supremacist and neo-Nazis, you'd think those saying racism came about when Mr. Obama was president would wake the f**** up. (Get better soon, Deandre Harris). This problem has been going on for far too long.

Picture this. You’re on the playground, and there’s a smaller kid from your class trying to play on the swings. He was always timid, shy, and just wanted to keep to himself. Well, you’re next to him on the swing set, but you’re much bigger. The kids in class would never do anything to bully you. They come over and they push the kid next to you off his swing, and start calling him names like weakling and scrawny and these kids really start laying into him.
