If your thoughts are negative, those thoughts give birth to harmful emotions, and those emotions need to be vented.

And once these negative emotions are vented, they often manifest themselves in symptoms such as ulcers, heart disease, tension, and anxiety.

How do you see yourself?

01.

All your thoughts are creating you and your life

How can you control the energy of your mind by influencing the subconscious mind?

As a type of mind game, self-defense mode can seem harmful. It drains the energy from your body and throws you off balance inside.

In survival mode, fear takes control of your body, and the brain shifts from learning mode to protection mode, no longer having an impact or making changes.

If you get angry, reject, blame, lie, justify, or retreat ...... creates a force - a slight shiver - in an instant.

When you think about their impact on your health and relationships, they can be costly.

In the 2018 Study of Anxious People, it was revealed that eating, drinking, catching up on drama and watching games, talking about trips, and buying are all commonly perceived and used ways of relieving anxiety.

But experience seems to tell us that these are only temporary escapes.

When we perceive that we have anxiety and tension, we can try to be open and accepting, and we can completely live amicably with these emotional messengers through scientific attitudes and positive and effective methods.

Take courage, change is possible, and there is a lot you can do to apply reliable laws to control your inner forces.

Besides, how to influence the part of your mind that runs the body mechanism - the subconscious mind, which has a positive effect on change.

Why should you influence your subconscious mind?

The role of your subconscious mind largely controls the power within you. It transmits physical sensory information and feels emotions through your body's communication network.

02.

The subconscious mind is your life prophecy book

It is an old fable in that all your thoughts are creating you and your life, but it has great significance.

What you think in your mind is what you will experience in your external environment. There are two aspects to your life; it is objective and subjective, visible and invisible, a collection of thoughts, and a manifestation of thoughts in the external environment.

So, whatever thoughts you have inscribed in your subconscious mind, you will experience them in objective circumstances, states, or events. The subconscious mind is your life prophecy book.

In that conscious and reasoning organ of your brain, the cerebral cortex, your thoughts are received as a message.

Once the thought is fully accepted by your brain, it is transmitted to the subconscious mind, where it becomes part of your body and is then put into practice.

As mentioned above, your subconscious mind will not argue with you. It will only act on your thoughts and accept what your conscious mind says. Your life prophecy book is always written by itself because your thoughts are transformed into your life experiences.

The philosopher (Ralph Waldo Emerson) said, "Man is what he makes of his imagination."

What is in the subconscious is what is in the world

The subconscious mind is full of infinite wisdom. Whatever thoughts you communicate to the subconscious mind, it will do its best to realize them. So, you must input positive and correct thoughts.

The reason the world is full of so much chaos and tragedy is that many people do not understand the interplay between the conscious and subconscious minds in their brains.

When these two motives are in harmony and can function smoothly, you will be free from disease and tragedy and get health, happiness, peace, and joy.

If your thoughts are harmful, you will give birth to harmful emotions

You will find that there are many laws of nature, like action and reaction, motion and stillness, all of which come into harmony and equality only after two forces are in balance.

When you come into this world, the laws of life also have rhythm, your mind and body must be in harmony so that you can survive.

The give and take must be in equal measure. The thought in your brain and its manifestation, in reality, must also be equal.

Your frustrations all stem from your unfulfilled desires.

If your thoughts are negative, harmful, or evil, those thoughts give birth to harmful emotions, and those emotions need to be vented.

And once these negative emotions are vented, they often manifest as ulcers, heart disease, tension, and anxiety, among other symptoms.

After reading the above words, how do you feel now? How do you see yourself? Your current situation has been expressed.

Your activities, your body, your financial status, your friends, and your social status all reflect what you think. This is the true meaning of the subconscious mind's ability to express everything.

Negative thoughts can often hurt you.

How many times have you been hurt by your own emotions of anger, fear, jealousy, and revenge?

These are the poisons that eat away at your subconscious mind. You are not born with this negative attitude.

So, it's time to erase the negative thoughts and feed your subconscious mind with positive ones. If you can keep it up, you will forget all the unpleasantness and stop remembering.

The main command of the subconscious mind is to survive

The subconscious mind will come to take control of a situation when it believes that you cannot control those energies, in other words, cannot handle emotions such as loss, fear, etc.

Also, the primary reason you want to be able to influence the subconscious mind is to make sure it can make sure you can actively cope with vulnerability without being beaten down - an important ability to form emotional intimacy.

If your perception tells it that you can't cope, which is usually true, it will automatically take responsibility for putting you in protective mode.

The second directive of the subconscious mind is to ensure your success

You are not only compelled to survive but compelled by an inner drive to succeed. You accomplish two goals like a delicate hard-wired: to make meaningful contact and to be your authentic self in contact with the people around you.

As an example, amid heated discussions about money, communication, sex, etc., the inner drive usually drives you to love, to reach out, to be recognized by the people you love most, and to discover value in your life.

The subconscious mind drives you to survive and succeed, and it shapes every action you take.

To succeed, you need to know how to calm down and figure out your true heart when you are faced with rejection, frustration, or abandonment. If you don't feel safe enough to love, your body will automatically go into protective mode.

Arguably, having uninterrupted control over your heart is the most challenging task you face in life. To succeed, it's essential to understand how your mind and bodywork.

Now begins the introduction of 3 laws that will allow you to make radical changes.

Rule #1: Your mind determines your status and destiny

Your subconscious mind is always eavesdropping on your thoughts. It listens to both verbal and non-verbal instructions.

Although the subconscious mind itself is not thinking, it depends on your understanding and perception of the life around you.

For example, if the subconscious mind is not connected to your point of view, it will not know if a tiger is a threat to you.

A tiger may seem like a threat, but if you are a lion tamer, you would probably like to go to the cage with your "big cat".

Also, it is your thoughts, not the event itself, that causes your unpleasant emotions or resistance.

Your subconscious thoughts and underlying beliefs that drive your subconscious are the very instructions that the subconscious uses to ignite a chemical reaction.

When your outlook on life - your thoughts - triggers existential fears, they create a predictable pattern.

Beliefs that have a limiting effect produce images in your mind that cause fear, and in turn, fear triggers your survival response.

Limiting beliefs are hindrances.

They rob you of joy by making you focus on what you fear most: failure in life.

A common limiting belief, for example, is the idea that other people have the power to determine your self-worth depending on whether you have met their evaluation criteria.

If you think that way, then the more you cater to others, the less you believe in yourself.

No matter how many books you read, how many classes you take, or how much training you participate in, you will always suffer from feeling inadequate.

The Second Law: Be Aware of the Subconscious

Limitations and other aspects of belief constitute the perception that the subconscious mind depends on the information that filters in.

Perhaps you have spent most of your life trying to prove that you are doing well. That's the power of these limiting beliefs.

You need to know: limiting beliefs are lies because they do not serve you or your life.

They limit you instead of freeing you to be the person you want to be. Focusing on survival fears, for example, only increase the likelihood that you and your partner will use verbal and nonverbal actions that deepen unpleasant emotions, and that can spark arguments that last for days.

The power of limiting beliefs lies in the fact that, in most cases, they work quietly on you without your knowledge, and they are separate from your consciousness.

The solution: Identity limiting beliefs by paying attention to your thoughts. Engaging your thinking can help you develop conscious awareness. And the real challenge for you is: Are you willing to examine your life by examining your thoughts?

Unless you are willing to consciously reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, your efforts to change will be thwarted by your subconscious mind.

When you are not aware of the energy you bring to an argument with your loved one, then it is likely that at the time you will overreact and blame them.

But every time you do this, you are only deepening an existing unpleasant emotion inside, such as loneliness, resistance, or shame.

A muddled life is not worth living. --Socrates

The process of sensing the subconscious is one of the most important ways to change your defensive patterns toward yourself and your loved ones.

Rule #3: Embrace unpleasant emotions - or be controlled by them

To increase your emotional intelligence and mature fully, giving full permission to your subconscious mind to experience the full range of vulnerable emotions is necessary. There are no shortcuts here.

As a human being, you naturally desire to experience the positive emotions within - love, passion, confidence, etc.

This is an extremely important emotional experience that is continually needed within. However, emotional instructions on how to deal with negative emotions and access positive emotions are relatively rare.

However, learning how you can maintain your compassion and continue to put forth effort when you are challenged is needed.

Knowing how to calm your mind and body is also necessary so that your survival response does not replace your ability to think consciously.

You may wonder how feeling unpleasant emotions and allowing them to touch your heart or reveal them to others will make you strong.

05.

When thoughts fade, the present moment is the sky

When thoughts fade, everything is in heaven. Your pain, joy, negativity, or positivity is your creation and you have to be ready to accept the responsibility there.

When this responsibility is understood, and accepted, things begin to change, to be open to all possibilities.

No one is tormenting you except yourself, and once this is understood, things start to change, then you can turn it around, you can turn your hell into heaven, the problem is just to see it from another perspective, the whole responsibility is yours.

Then a new possibility will rise: you can stop creating your world! There is no need to create the world, there is no need to create it at all, that creator can relax, can retire. The retirement of the head is meditation.

Use good thoughts and feelings to change your life!

When you use unhappy emotions as your teacher, or as a code word for behavior change, you will more fully release yourself to experience the richness of feelings - passion, gratitude and love, courage, and compassion, and the satisfaction you long to feel in relationships.

By developing your ability to remain calm, confident, and focused in any situation, you will be able to face life's emotional experiences, which of course are difficult.

You have a fundamental responsibility to protect your joy - because here lies a simple question: Is the direction of your life up to you, or is it controlled by your fears?

Just remember, it's up to you to make the decision.
