We have heard many times saying "Be the energy you want to attract" have you ever thought how can we able to achieve this state, self anchoring is one of the asset to achieve this let's see how?

Self-Anchoring plays a major role in everyone’s life and I am sure everyone do that but there are very few who do it consciously so this means every thought which is generated in our mind have some anchored medium attached to it. It can be visual, auditory, kinesthetic, self paced etc. It is impossible to do any work without getting anchored by our mind , we have some emotions or feelings or any stimuli which encourages us to do something in life. Now arises the biggest dispute in this theory if we are anchored by our mind to see the situation differently so why we face problem or difficulty when we got stuck in any challenging situation in our work as mind is constantly anchoring us and it is the real motivation behind doing that work.

The answer to this is not that simple, because anchoring involves a strong and clear mindset otherwise your anchor will not get filtered and it will come with some garbage storage (information outside the goal statement). To solve this problem we need clear and strong self talk which itself attached to some powerful source here we need to understand if our source is imaginary or exist in only hypothetical situation then there will be no impact of self anchoring on ourselves.

Let’s understand this with short and simple example when we get started with any fitness routine we know the motive behind it and that motive has its own source as it may be planted by someone in your mind or society may planted it unless you have not involve stubbornness in your behavior towards that source it may be to do or ignore then your self talk will completely rely on that. Some uses self talk in order to strong their motive to do any work but I think they should use their self talk to analyze the source carefully to see if that particular situation in which they are engaging themselves relates with their goal or that is only distracting them from anything which they want to do in life.

So, now question comes how to anchored ourselves in order to work in more positive and confined manner. First we need to accept our present emotion and identify whether it is suitable to work towards our goal without getting distracted or it needs some action first if it is suitable then you can make it even more by attaching some powerful emotion containing motivational or inspirational incidents from your previous experiences by the help of some action.

Here action refers to doing something while remembering about those powerful incidents from your life when you felt highly motivated and these actions can be anything like closing your one or both fist etc I preferably use this action only as it has already included in my habitual routine but you can make your own and use it to anchor yourself by this you are attracting positive energy from your own experiences and trust me this anchoring process is so much effective if you make it a habit then you will be able to bear any hard and challenging situation in more constructive way than before.

Scenario can be different also like there can be possibility when you really feel very low to do any goal oriented work and you will not able to indulge yourselves in these anchoring process even if you want to then you can do one thing same as you were doing previously here you can collect all your negative emotions which you will be feeling at that time by closing your left hand fist by doing this there will be some relief to you then you can go for same process remembering about your most powerful incidents from your experiences and collecting them in right hand fist and then slowly clap your both hands then you will feel neutral for some time after that you can anchored yourselves to do any work without much effort.

Note: These anchoring process which I have mentioned above you should do in silent place as these involved so many delicate mental process and while collecting your negative emotions do not go in deep otherwise it will be difficult for you to regain control on yourselves.

If you follow these process seriously and in consistent way then I can assure you that no situation or person can effect your mental health and you will remain focused on your goal.
