Mental health is a fundamental right; the future of humanity depends on it.
How To Receive God’s Blessings
Christians love talking about blessing. Many mega-churches are obsessed with the ‘blessing’ narrative. When something goes right for us, we say we’ve been blessed. The blessings of God are seen as good favor having been visited upon you, probably for something you’ve done to please God. It’s like a reward.

I Thought It Was Me
For a long time I thought something was wrong with me. It wasn’t some big thing I could just describe to anyone. It sat there in the background, with this ongoing feeling like I didn’t have what other people seemed to carry around so easily. I figured maybe I came off as too sensitive, hard to deal with. Or that I wanted more from situations than made sense and maybe that I fell short in spots I couldn’t see but everyone else picked up on right away.

When The Cheese Moves: Protecting Your Mental Health During Times Of Change & Uncertainty
If you have ever studied business at tertiary level, you might be familiar with a book called Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson. You would be forgiven for thinking that the author would be psychic, as this book (and hence the metaphor of your cheese being moved) is heavily, unfairly, and relatably relevant today as it has ever been. Change is, and has always been constant. In these current times of economic and geopolitical change - uncertainty, tension and perhaps some pleasant surprises in the right direction means that the cheese is constantly being moved. The mouse has to expend more time and energy to find that displaced cheese in ensuring that satiety levels are met - same with us humans, as frustrating or as enlightening as that is. (Think of some other gourmet food if you don't like cheese for whatever reason.)

Check these out… Did you know that cows have best friends? In Switzerland, it’s considered animal abuse to have only one guinea pig because they are such social creatures.Otters hold each other’s hands when they sleep, so they don’t drift away.Rats love playing hide and seek. They squeal for joy when they are found or find someone.Seahorses aren’t great swimmers, so they intertwine themselves with a mate for life to boost their chances of survival.Male Adélie penguins are known to gift a pebble as part of the courting process for finding a female. If she accepts it, she will use it to build the nest for the baby penguins they will have together.According to German forester and author Peter Wohlleben, there is growing evidence that trees communicate with each other.Amazing, huh?

THE SECRET OF DREAM - ALEXIS KARPOUZOS
The Dream is not an object to be decoded, nor a message patiently awaiting the appropriate interpreter to reveal its content. The dream occurs prior to every distinction between subject and object, between reality and imagination, between meaning and absurdity. The interpretation of the dream can reach only a certain limit, and this limit is neither technical nor epistemological; it is ontological. What is at stake is not the inadequacy of a method, but the inability of any form of thought to fully grasp that which emerges from the unnameable depths of existence. The dream is the trace of a region where language has not yet solidified into concepts, where being has not yet crystallized into forms.
