PSYCHOLOGICAL TECHNIQUES

The human brain is inherently designed to comprehend written language.

The following presents 19 psychological techniques that have proven to be effective. While there are numerous books on neuro-linguistic programming and psychology that can assist professionals in achieving their desired outcomes, there are also simpler yet equally effective methods that can be utilized on a daily basis. It is recommended that individuals subscribe and activate notifications to join us on the bright side of life.

Firstly, it is advised to avoid starting a request with the words "could you," as this may cause the other person to subconsciously assume that the request is theoretical. Instead, it is better to rephrase the request to "please call the neighbors" to ensure that it will be fulfilled.

Secondly, if one wishes to make someone feel uncomfortable, it is suggested to look at the middle of their forehead during a conversation. However, this is not recommended as it may cause the person to feel scrutinized and uneasy.

Thirdly, if someone is attempting to avoid answering a question, one can make a pause in the conversation while maintaining eye contact. This may cause the person to feel uncomfortable and thus more likely to divulge additional information.

Fourthly, if one desires to be liked by someone in a new job or school, it is recommended to ask them to explain something, regardless of whether or not one knows the answer. This may improve the other person's overall attitude towards the individual.

Fifthly, when asking a question that requires an affirmative answer, it is suggested to nod subtly as the request is made. This technique is often used by restaurant employees to encourage guests to purchase more food.

Sixthly, if a person is concentrated on a task, one can extend their hand to them and take anything they are holding without them noticing. This can also be used to give them something without them realizing.

Seventhly, if one wants someone to do something for them, it is recommended to casually state that they probably wouldn't be able to do it. This may cause the person to try harder to prove their capabilities.

Eighthly, nodding slightly during a conversation may cause the person to be more attentive to one's words.

Ninthly, if one likes a person's offer but desires better conditions, it is suggested to express a little disappointment.

Tenthly, when the alarm clock goes off, it is recommended to sit up and make two fists as if one has just scored a goal. This may help one to easily get out of bed feeling refreshed.

Eleventhly, if one is worried about whether or not they have locked the door or turned off an appliance, it is suggested to say an absurd phrase while doing so. This may help one to remember whether or not they have completed the task.

Twelfthly, if someone tries to pull one into an argument or drama, saying something nice to them or remaining calm and silent may stop them in their tracks.

Thirteenthly, if there is a lazy person on a team, it is recommended to give them tasks by saying "start with this" instead of "do this." This may make the workload seem smaller.

Fourteenthly, when speaking in public, it is suggested to bring a bottle of water and admit to feeling anxious. This may lighten the mood and make the audience more sympathetic.

Fifteenthly, if someone is staring at one in public, it is recommended to look at their shoes to make them uncomfortable.

Sixteenthly, if one appears worried each time they see someone, the other person may also start feeling worried.

Seventeenthly, if someone has done something wrong, it is suggested to change the way one constructs their sentences to avoid sounding accusatory.

Eighteenthly, if one did not get a good night's sleep, telling oneself that they did may improve brain function.

Lastly, it is recommended to schedule job interviews at the beginning or end of the workday, as people are better at remembering what happened at the beginning and end of the day.

If there are any other effective techniques that have helped individuals achieve their desired outcomes, please share them in the comments below. Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe to stay on the bright side of life.
