Long-term repression, obviously unhappy but implying that everyone has lived like this, why can't I? I shouldn't be feeling this way. So ignore the emotions, suppress the emotions. New employees in the workplace will especially think this way, and their bad emotions will not be vented, and they will eventually collapse.

Second, look at negative emotions in a proper way. Negative emotions have become hideous under the rendering of social media, and everyone needs to avoid it. In fact, negative emotions are just as normal emotions as positive emotions, and it is normal to have negative emotions. To face it psychologically, what we need to do is to analyze the cause and find a solution.

In the end, many people see this problem and naturally associate it with anger, breakdown, and hysteria. These are all appearances. It is everyone's different reactions to the surprise emotions, and the side also reacts. People are more afraid of personal gaffes under negative emotions. People who gaffe must be unsightly and damage their image. What they want to know, then, is how to keep from gaffe, or how to remedy it when they realize they've stumbled.

I want to say that you don't have to worry about things that haven't happened. People are not robots. People have emotions and sorrows. They can lose their temper when they are angry, lose their way when they are sad, and lose their way when they are happy. Emotional ups and downs are normal, and you don't need to pay too much attention to other people's eyes. If it has happened, no matter how upset you are, don't bother to explain it, just do what you need to do. You can't change other people's thoughts, but you can control your own thoughts. If others use this to embarrass you, you might as well make a fool of yourself in advance.

When emotions are always out of control, we might as well collapse, and it is best not to choose "public". Because of public exposure, there will be some factors that you cannot control. For example, the little brother who was crying in the street rushed to the hot search, and his company also received "support and care" from many enthusiastic people. The tide of enthusiasm faded, and he was the only one left to dry on the beach. The fate of an ordinary person may therefore change. Some people say that I want to be famous, to be on a hot search, and to be flat all my life, which is really boring. To say this is to only see the good side of Internet celebrities, and not to see the frustrated lives of thousands of Internet celebrities who are sinking.

Back to the topic, have you ever thought that venting anger is not the best way to counteract negative emotions?

Think about the experience of hitting something when you were angry. By hitting revenge, you even hit harder and harder. What finally stopped you from being calm but tired from hitting. Panting and anger inside, the most frightening thing is that when you encounter negative emotions in the future, you will still choose to vent your anger, which may be hitting things, yelling, crying.

Many people just choose to ignore bad emotions, look for happy fun, watch videos, mess around with friends, eat and drink, and go shopping. They don’t really want to solve the problem, or they don’t have the ability to solve it. You can still ask "I don't want this anymore, what else?" It means you haven't given up on yourself.

Learn to meditate on your own first, you may not be able to hold on to it for even 5 minutes at first. Anger causes restlessness in the heart, which can be said to be a form of self-abuse and a form of spiritual practice. Because you have to think outside the box, you must be suffering, but there is also joy in suffering. Every emotion has good and bad, and bad emotions can also bring people growth. People struggle with bad emotions and grow in the process of getting along. Reflect on and ask yourself a few questions:

What makes you sad? people? thing?

What are you sad about? people? thing?

What do you want to get?

What kind of person do you want to be?

After some thinking, you will find that your emotions are calm, you don’t just want to get angry, and then you will find that you are already starting to solve the problem. Next year, you will say "there is no right or wrong in the world of adults, only right and wrong", and then you may think deeply, and you will no longer be attached to the answer.

Doing nothing is also a practice

When you encounter negative emotions, you feel pressure in your heart, read a book, and see how historical figures from the past and present encountered events similar to yours. Throughout human history, you have never experienced or felt alone. Or if you didn't want to read books at that time, just sit and stare.

A recovering patient from severe depression recounted his healing experience. He said that he just went to the emergency room door of the hospital and sat there without doing anything every day. Tired of the dull expressions on the faces of relatives, I realized the true meaning of life.

Instead of punching a big hole in the sandbag with your boxing gloves, the pain is only yourself, once you develop such a conditioned reflex, you will become dependent on the sandbag and violence, and you may turn the target of violence to yours. Relatives, strangers and even yourself. You pass on your depression to your family, children, and friends. When you realize life together, you will only increase your hatred for others. Others will stay away from you, alienate you, and aggravate your loneliness.

Do nothing, do nothing to compare, even if your colleagues and friends around you make tens of millions, it has nothing to do with you. You know very well that you are now at a turning point in your life, and you may have fallen to the bottom. Accepting the present, the so-called extremes will reverse. God will begrudge everyone who knows how to show weakness and who is wise but stupid, and who is willing to give up their glory to find their true self. If you can do nothing, even if you want to die, God will not accept you! Because I want you to tell stories in the world, and I want you to help people who were like you get out of the pain of life!

You're unhappy, irritable, that's not who you are, and deep down you still want to be better. And the truth is, you can be better too.
