The stresses and responsibilities of being an adult add up quickly and because of that we sometimes take on jobs that do nothing more than provide the bare minimum of what we need, while crushing our spirits in the process.

Do you wake up saying, “I hate this place” or “this job makes me so angry”? If you do, you certainly are not alone but try your best to think about the good aspects of your work.

For instance do you like some of the people you work with? Or maybe there’s a crazy guy in the office who always finds ways to make everybody laugh.

If so go to work anticipating the interactions that you are going to have at work today. Instead of focusing on what you hate, try and focus on what you like. I promise it will go a long way towards being happier in life.
