Darkness surrounds me
A monochromatic feel
i need a revelation
as clear as a conversation
all around is barren
like i've lost the power
to change
Yet i can hear your voice coming along the wire
the sky is calling, full of desire
to help me see beyond the horizon
so can you see
you are good enough and worthwhile
more than enough
lift your head
even if you're hesitant
you may never feel ready
but now is as good a time as ever
yes i'm tired and so are you
people depend on us
and don't let the need intimidate
but embrace it like a long lost lover
at the airport carousel
