Sparkles in their lines

Four years ago we got married,

one another, we've carried.

Every day, you're there;

every day, I'm here.

We can talk and talk for hours by candlelight,

and we've never experienced a single fight!

You're always kind and you have never judged me,

I could be at sea,

misty-eyed and carefree,

or resting under a palm tree,

being with you, will forever be, my plea!

We may never become a famous couple or get rich,

but with every story and poem, it's like a cross stitch.

With you, marriage is smooth and refreshing,

and you remind me that every day is a blessing.
