Prayers for Her (Pt. 21)

Break the fever and make her well

By Rowan Finley Published about a year ago 1 min read

Take the fever away from her beautiful little frame,

thank you for the reminder, embedded into her first name.

Her laugh and joy is like music to my ears,

it broke my heart so terribly to see her tears.

Holding her hand as we go for walks never gets old to me,

and it delights my soul to see how she is commonly carefree.

I see her as a powerful force and flame, brightening the world,

no setback could be too great, or at her be hurled.

She is my unique little friend, who is amazing in every way,

what more could a father hope for, or even say?
