What sparked your passion for writing hmmmm.....

I always loved writing stories, for as long as I can remember. I wasn’t a huge fan of poetry until one of my English teachers told me I really should.

She said I had a great talent for just throwing out a nice verse of imagery that didn’t really need editing, that not many people can do it, so I should. She taught me a lot, I really respected her, and this has led to me scribbling out little poems all the time, especially if I’m experiencing any kind of strong emotion.

Learning how to write my poems on to my own pictures to create digital art has been a wonderful evolution to it 😊

Poetry possesses a strength in its ability to concisely express our deepest emotions. It serves as the essence of our spirit, facilitating a conversation among our emotions, ideas, and perceptions. Often, individuals seek solace in poetry during intense emotional periods or difficult circumstances.

Now that I have the freedom to channel my creativity as I choose, another advantage of daily poetry writing is the management of time. A significant obstacle I've faced has been the struggle to allocate time for writing.

I understand that poetry might not resonate with everyone, but the key message is to ignite your imagination with something fresh. For me, writing a poem every day is the key to reconnecting with my creative side. It makes me more observant of the little things that can evolve into complete verses. Ideas that come and go in my mind find their place on paper, where I can develop them freely. Whether it's overhearing an interesting comment at the supermarket or reading something in the news that catches my eye, I make a mental note. In essence, these principles also apply to freelance work. When I dive into more projects, my creativity reaches a heightened level. I become more in tune with what's happening in the world. When it's time to dissect ideas and refine concepts, I'm skilled at creating engaging titles and integrating details into detailed instructions effortlessly. In summary, this creative process also becomes practical. Both aspects excel, keeping my enthusiasm and dedication strong from one project to the next.

I encourage you to discover your unique creative passion that you can actively pursue on a daily basis and incorporate it into your freelance lifestyle. Before you know it, you will be able to integrate this pursuit into your work, enhancing your success with a greater sense of purpose and overall fulfillment in your achievements.

There exists a collective of individuals who firmly believe that poetry, as well as all forms of storytelling, finds its essence in being recited aloud. They argue that this is the most authentic way to experience these literary works.

Undoubtedly, storytelling commences as an oral tradition, especially during our early years when we are not yet literate. It is worth noting that a significant portion of this oral tradition comprises poetry, and we derive immense pleasure from the beauty of language when it is spoken aloud.

Personally, even when I am alone, I catch myself engaging in this practice. Poetry possesses the ability to exert a significant influence on our society. Even in the present day, I firmly hold the belief that poetry can bring about positive transformations and provoke deep contemplation, fostering change among individuals.

This is the reason why I am convinced that poetry is among the most effective means to articulate oneself and bring about a transformation in our contemporary society.
