The Four Seasons
A Haiku for each season
I write a Haiku
Winter, spring, summer and fall
Not too hot or cold
Winter
Snow and icicles
Fall in patterns big and small
As the cold wind blows
Spring
Daylight grows longer
Flowers bloom in bold colors
Between the raindrops
Summer
Waves crash on shoreline
Footprints in the summer sand
Sandcastles and sunburns
Fall
Autumn leaves adorn
The trees on the horizon
Crisp night air, the moon
