The Fix

Blues that talk

By MDPublished about a year ago 1 min read

Colorblind heart,

Blues in my veins,

Not the one I would run away from,

You are the storm I chased.

As the moon reveals its scars,

I will drench you in my moonlight,

The wind has got nothing on you baby,

I flew like an unstrung kite.

As the gravity pulled me down,

My head rested on the grass,

The soil smelled rain,

Half a rainbow at last.

As I wiped the honey off my lips,

My soul longed for another kiss,

You killed my blues baby,

You mend my story, became my fix.
