Harriet Tubman, a guiding light,

Through shadows deep, she soared with might.

In slavery's chains, she found her call,

A conductor on the Underground Railroad.

With courage firm and purpose clear,

She led the way, conquering fear.

Paths of freedom she did pave,

Rescuing souls, the oppressed she saved.

A beacon in the darkest night,

Harriet Tubman, a hero's light.

In verses, her story we proclaim,

A legacy strong, forever to remain.

As a little Black girl growing up, Harriet Tubman's story of bravery, resilience, and determination inspired me deeply. Seeing her courage in the face of adversity, her unwavering commitment to freedom, and her relentless efforts to help others escape oppression, I found strength and hope in her example. Harriet Tubman's legacy reminds me that no matter the obstacles, it is possible to overcome them and create positive change in the world. Her story taught me the power of perseverance, solidarity, and the importance of fighting for justice and equality.
