the fourth grade teacher was very cold
gave everyone a mean looking stare
constantly yelling at the entire class
the pressure we could not bare
barely any snacks or break time
too many math and no recess
watching the others play outside
the guy worked more to pass a test
not even close to three thirty
still had a bunch of work to be done
the teacher yelled her head off
the bell rang and the time has come
spent every morning in the classroom pacing
he could hear the classmate racing
writing papers until his hand was numb
the teacher made a face that said he was dumb
a year later he finally graduated
the teacher no longer had that hate
but he never had a good experience
until he went to the ninth grade
