Finding Balance
In this fast-paced world we live in, Where tasks and responsibilities spin, It's easy to lose our sense of peace, And find ourselves in never-ending lease. But to find balance and regain control, We must prioritize our self-care and whole, Nurturing ourselves with exercise, meditation, Reading, nature, and simple relaxation. We must set boundaries and learn to say no, To commitments that don't align with our flow, Limiting distractions that eat up our time, Allowing us to live in the present, sublime. And in this present, let's find contentment, Letting go of stress and worries, we've spent, Remembering to have fun and enjoy, Life is meant to be lived, not just deployed.
