You've known me for a long time

Seeing me through the cracks and shadows

You know who I Am

I've seen you watching

I love when you notice me

I try to see you every day

Yet I feel I'm not around enough to be near

I want to be close to you

I want to see you smile

Because every time I see it

I feel I've seen the sun for the first time

The warmth you radiate

Is like warm milk and honey

The perfect addiction

For my wild and cold storm.

Though I've never been lost before

When I locked eyes with you

I felt I was found, at last.
