Struggle

Thank you for allowing me to struggle.

To grow.

I am, and will be better for it.

In those moments of difficulty, some agonizing, I would have done anything to stave the pain.

I am glad it continued.

I am glad to have learned.

I am glad to continue learning.

What a magnificent story we write together.

I muse of alternative choices.

What ifs can be so tantalizing.

I revel in the present.

I am well with what is, and what will be.

I have been burnt, and what remains will flourish again, greater than before.

And the process repeats.

What a marvelous spiral of life.
