Solstice Evening

summer soul

By Mark FrancisPublished 9 days ago 1 min read

Heaven's marvel,

these sunset moments

when wan light soaks

drily through the air,

stains redder

rose and flower.

then later, full moon

comes up, to tumble

through trees

and wispiest heads

as Heaven's marble
