Friday to nightfall of the following day

On the Sabbath day, the world slows down,

As peace and tranquility gently crown.

A day of rest, from labor's toil,

A sacred pause, to replenish and recoil.

In the hush of dawn, the day begins,

With hearts uplifted, as good spirits spin.

Families gather, in love and grace,

To share in the blessings of this holy space.

The sun casts its golden rays,

As nature joins in the Sabbath praise.

Birds sing melodies, in the soft breeze,

As the world finds solace, beneath the trees.

In quiet contemplation, souls find peace,

As worries and burdens begin to cease.

A time for reflection, a moment to pray,

On the Sabbath day, in its gentle sway.

In the Sabbath embrace, we find release,

From the chaos of life, from its ceaseless lease.

A day to connect, with the divine,

To nourish the soul, to let our spirits shine.

So let us honor the Sabbath's call,

In its sacred rhythm, in its gentle thrall.

For on this day, we find our way,

To rest, to renew, to simply be, and to pray.
