With eyes that gleam like jewels at night,
And a soft fur coat that's oh so bright,
The feline form we can't resist,
Our hearts, by cats, are surely kissed.
Their playful pounces and graceful stride,
Feline charm we just can't hide.
With whiskers twitching, they purr with delight,
Their love for us a heartwarming sight.
Cats bring comfort when we're feeling low,
A soft purring, a gentle glow.
They curl up beside us, content and calm,
A loving presence, like a soothing balm.
And though they're known for their independence,
Their love for us is without pretense.
They may act aloof, but we know the truth,
Their hearts beat strong, a feline proof.
So here's to the cats who stole our hearts,
A love that never truly departs.
With purring love, they fill our days,
And in their gentle gaze, our troubles fade away.
