Peace from the Stars
A Short Poem of Aliens and Unity
In the stillness of the night,
I saw a strange and eerie light.
From deep space, it came to me,
A UFO, oh what could it be?
A hatch opens, and out they come,
Strange beings, not of Earth some.
Aliens, with eyes that glow,
Surround me, and the fear starts to grow.
But then, a twist that no one sees,
They offer peace, with a strange unease.
As we join hands, and start to dance,
The aliens show they came in peace, not by chance.
Their strange language, so unknown,
But their message, it was shown.
A plea for peace and unity,
Across the stars, in infinity.
As they depart, back to the skies,
I look up, with tear-filled eyes.
For in that brief encounter with the unknown,
I found hope, and my fears were overthrown.
