Our world is sick as we all know
Our candle's wick has burned too low
The time is here to make a choice
To lend an ear or raise a voice
There's some who'll say, "I'm quite content"
But soon one day they'll all be spent
And then too late our heavy load
Will cast its weight on young and old
You and I, I and you
Can reach the sky and change it too
If only we, the human race,
Try desperately to heal this place
The only way to win the cup
Is if we all come out on top
Let low and great learn peace and love
Cooperate, and rise above
Our mutual fate, be masters of
