The Continuing Adventures of Draco Moonbeam
Well, it didn’t happen as Draco Moonbeam had expected. The werewolves and vampires actually did nothing that night. Draco and Brother Wenton had fully anticipated some kind of attack. Draco had set up some defenses. He had even tried to formulate a plan where he would attack them instead, but there were too many unknown variables. The only thing he could think of was to force action in the daylight outdoors to minimize the enemies’ abilities.

The Continuing Adventures of Draco Moonbeam

The Continuing Adventures of Draco Moonbeam
Draco left the following day. He exited the town on the road leading west. As the locals had stated, it was better to take a little extra time to go through High Church on his way to Voridia than to deal with bandits on the road. Not that he wasn't capable of defending himself, but rather he preferred to avoid further unexpected conflict.

The Continuing Adventures of Draco Moonbeam
Draco stayed at the inn a total of two days. Having arrived late in the morning, he rented a private room and slept for a couple of hours. It helped calm the pounding headache of the insomnia, the poisoned stew, and Anda’s heavy club.
