Money is a Woman.

And just as money is a woman, she wants firm yet gentle hands to handle her. She wants to you to hold her deeply, treasure her, and yet also give her the freedom to expand, explore, and be trusted to come back.

She doesn’t want to be possessed. She wants to be in relationship with you.

She doesn’t want you controlling her comings and goings. She requires you to trust that she’s all yours.

Money is a woman.

She doesn’t want to be scorned, despised, or mistaken for cheap. She wants someone that can appreciate her with their whole being, despite their crappy relationships in the past.

She wants someone mature enough to understand the partnership. Both require deepening faith, both require trust, both require understanding, and both require love. Both allow for conversation to be further understood, rather than assumed the worst at the first “disagreement.”

Money is a woman.

She appreciates your “No.” She likes knowing that you’ll ground her if she gets too flighty--that you have your own boundaries rooted in self-respect,

Money is a woman. She longs for you. She DESIRES to come home to you. She’s looking for the one that can give her that once in a lifetime/eternally yours kind of bond. Many can’t be trusted with that level of commitment she’s learned.. and so she’s weary. It’s hard. But she wants, more than anything, a place where she can rest her head the rest of her life knowing she’ll never go unprotected, disrespected, or thrown away again.

Money is a woman.

She has the playful spirit of a child at her root, and all that you infuse into her in love she can’t help but reciprocate, and gladly fills in the places of your life you can’t patch yourself.

Money is a woman.

There will be misunderstandings. You will sometimes think she’s out too long… spending a bit too much time with others over you.. not meeting your needs.

This is normal. She needs you to see beyond temporary appearances and know that it’s a slight tweak of understanding that gets you on better terms than ever dreamed possible.

Money. Is. A Woman.
