Missing you

One day I’ll be able to see your face again.

I don’t tell people I miss them because the people I miss the most I’ll never get back,

The worst part is, it all happened so fast.

Here today gone tomorrow as another dream fades into a memory.

Hoping you remember me as we fall into the morning.

Going so fast there’s no time to look back .

Finding myself at a standstill with time, just stop already life going on almost feels like a crime.

A virus with a feeling is all that may lie in our minds.

So I won’t tell you I miss you at least not until I can’t show you anymore,

One day we’ll all leave and walk through the door,

Tears rolling as it closes and the final I miss you leaves my lips.

Who would have thought it’d be time that sunk our ship.

Just don’t forget my love was a gift i’ll never ask for it back.
